Abstract

An adhesive-membrane ironing and pressing integrated machine for garment customization. The machine comprises a rack (1). A machine case (2) is installed on the lower side of the rack (1). A manipulator (3) and a material placing plate (4) are connected in the rack (1) at the upper side of the machine case (2). A grabbing device (5) is installed on the manipulator (3). Ironing and pressing frame bodies (6) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack (1). Sliding rails (7) are installed between the upper ends of the ironing and pressing frame bodies (6). An ironing and pressing supporting plate (8) is connected to the sliding rails (7) in a sliding manner. Ironing and pressing supporting plate limiting blocks (9) are respectively installed at two ends of the sliding rails (7). Ironing and pressing devices (10) are respectively installed on the ironing and pressing frame bodies (6). The adhesive-membrane ironing and pressing integrated machine for garment customization has the beneficial effects of: the manipulator (3), the material placing plate (4), the grabbing device (5), a photographic recognition device (11) and the ironing and pressing devices (10) being installed on the machine body; the functions of garment adhesive-membrane selection, adhesive membrane positioning and adhesive-membrane ironing and pressing being integrated; the production efficiency being high; the adhesive membrane efficiency being high; the adhesive membrane precision being high; and the adhesive membrane efficiency being good.

Abstract

A transmissive hot-pressing apparatus for use in clothing customization, comprising: a left transmissive support frame (1) and a right transmissive support frame (2) that are symmetrical to each other, a slide rail (3) mounted between the left transmissive support frame (1) and the right transmissive support frame (2), a left hot press support plate (4) and a right hot press support plate (5) slidably connected to the slide rail (3), a manipulator support frame (6) provided behind the slide rail (3), and a manipulator (7) mounted on the manipulator support frame (6). The transmissive hot-pressing apparatus for use in clothing customization is structurally simple, convenient to operate, and highly automated. When clothing is laminated, an ironing machine (8) is driven by the manipulator (7) to perform preliminary ironing of the clothing; after hot pressing, the transmissive structure on the transmissive support frames automatically transmit the hot press support plate to move below a hot press plate (14) for hot pressing and to return automatically upon completion; the transmission efficiency is high, the hot-pressing efficiency is high, the level of participation of manual operations is reduced, and potential safety risks are reduced.

Abstract

A video recognition positioning system and method applied to garment hot stamping. The system comprises: a placement table, the placement table comprising a calibration plate provided at the upper left corner, and the placement table being used for placing clothes in a tiled manner; a camera, the camera being provided above the placement table, and the camera being used for acquiring image information comprising a clothes pattern and a calibration plate pattern; and a computer device, the computer device being connected to the camera, and the computer device being used for processing and computing the image information so as to determine an actual size, an actual hot stamping coordinate origin, and an orientation of the clothes. The provided hot stamping coordinate origin positioning method can position hot stamping coordinate origins on clothes having different sizes, and after the hot stamping coordinate origin is confirmed, the hot stamping process is digitized and visualized, and the produced clothes are more standardized. Thus, in addition to meeting production requirements of different customers, the production efficiency and the production yield are further improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
