Abstract
The invention relates to a citrus press comprising an enclosure for receiving fruit to be squeezed, an extensible and inflatable membrane to compress the fruit fitted onto the cannula in order to extract the fluid therefrom, and a cannula including an inner duct connecting a perforation to an outlet orifice for the removal of fluid from the cannula. The citrus press further includes a displacement device for moving the cannula in translation relative to the enclosure, between an active position in which the cannula extends into the enclosure to fit the fruit and a release position in which the cannula is under the enclosure to allow the release of the squeezed fruit through a lower opening of the enclosure.

Abstract
The invention relates to a citrus press (10) comprising an enclosure (40) for receiving a fruit (1) to be pressed; an inflatable and extensible membrane (50) for compressing the fruit (1) to be pressed that is fitted on the cannula in order to extract the fluid therefrom; a cannula (60) having an internal tube (68) connecting a perforation (66) to an outlet orifice (70) for discharging the fluid from the cannula (60). The invention is characterized in that the citrus press has a moving device (80) for moving the cannula (60) in translation with respect to the enclosure (40) between an active position, in which the cannula extends into the enclosure in order for the fruit (1) to be pressed to be fitted thereon, and a releasing position, in which the cannula is under the enclosure so as to allow the pressed fruit to be released through a lower opening of the enclosure (40).
