The air guide plate includes a plate body formed of a resin material and deformable skirt portions which are formed of the same resin material as the plate body and integrally formed on an outer periphery of the plate body. The air guide plate is arranged such that the plate body is disposed at a front of an automobile without connecting to automobile parts, thereby forming a gap between the outer periphery of the plate body and the automobile parts arranged around the plate body. The deformable skirt portions are disposed so as to be in contact with the automobile parts under flexural deformation, thereby closing the gap by the deformable skirt portions to prevent the air from leaking through the gap.

Abstract

The present invention achieves in a metal deposition film an unprecedented uniformity of flow in an electrical current in a metal deposition segment demarcated by non-deposition slits. The shape of a non-deposition slit (20) is a wave shape in which first slits (25) formed along a first curve (24) composed of an arc shape or an elliptical arc shape, and second slits (27) formed along a second curve (26) obtained by inverting the first curve (24), are connected alternately along the width direction. A plurality of the wave-shaped non-deposition slits (20) being formed while inverting so as to prevent intersection with the adjacent non-deposition slit (20) along the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the width direction. A fused section (22) is also formed at a connecting point (28) between the first curve (24) and the second curve (26), as well as at a narrow section where the distance between neighboring non-deposition slits (20) is narrowest.

Abstract

[Problem] To inhibit positional displacement of a power generation unit in a casing, while inhibiting an increase in the size of the battery. [Solution] A battery is characterized by having: a power generation unit in which single cells are covered by an insulating sheathing material; and a casing which has a sealed structure and which accommodates the power generation unit, the internal pressure of said casing being higher than the external pressure thereof. The power generation unit may be a battery module in which a cell group having the single cells arranged therein is covered by the sheathing material. The battery module can be accommodated in the casing in a state of being folded in areas in which conductive members for connecting adjacent single cells are located. A coolant passage in through which coolant is passed can be provided along a surface of the casing, said surface being the closest to the conductive members.

Abstract

Provided is a lock device (40) comprising a holding mechanism (48) for holding a state in which a pair of rods (45a, 45b) are pulled in, when the pair of rods (45a, 45b) are pulled in the direction of coming out of a pair of lock bearings (46a, 46b) against the urging force of an urging member (47) and are taken out of the pair of lock bearings (46a, 46b). Therefore, when a moveable member (30) is moved from an open position (30a) to a closed position (30b), the pair of rods (45a, 45b) can be prevented from coming in contact with a fixing member (20) and being pushed in. Therefore, the load occurring when the pair of rods (45a, 45b) are brought in contact with the fixing member (20) and pushed in can be eliminated. Consequently, the operative feeling when the moveable member (30) is closed can be improved in comparison with the prior art.

Abstract

This interior device (10) for a vehicle has a conversion mechanism (60). The conversion mechanism (60) converts operation force on a push knob (51a) into a force moving a moveable member (30) towards an open position (30a) side relative to a fixed member (20). Thus, when the moveable member (30) is in a closed position (30b), the moveable member (30) can be moved towards the open position (30a) side using both the weight of the moveable member (30) and the operation force of the push knob (51a).

Abstract

Abstract

A polyurea film excelling in transparency, light stability and mass productivity is formed on a resin molding substratum in accordance with a vacuum vapor deposition polymerization technique. The polyurea film is obtained by a vacuum vapor deposition polymerization conducted using an aromatic alkyl, or alicyclic, or aliphatic diisocyanate monomer and an aromatic alkyl, or alicyclic, or aliphatic diamine monomer. The diisocyanate monomer and the diamine monomer are selected from among those in relationship such that a difference in activation energy needed for detachment from the substratum is 10 kJ or less.

Abstract

A touch switch for controlling accessory equipment of a vehicle avoids a malfunction which is caused due to an environmental change such as a change in a state of air, arrival of unnecessary electromagnetic waves, or the like. Conductor plates 20-1 to 20-3 are disposed in an arrangement isolated from one another on a surface opposite to a sensor surface 16T of a touch plate 16 which is touched by a person's hand. The conductor plates 20-1 to 20-3 are each connected to a capacity measurement/control unit 34. The capacity measurement/control unit 34 determines as a judgment value D the absolute value of a value obtained by subtracting a minimum absolute value among changes ΔC1 to ΔC3 in electrostatic capacity from a maximum absolute value among the changes ΔC1 to ΔC3 in electrostatic capacity. The capacity measurement/control unit 34 controls a switch 28 according to the judgment value D.

Abstract

An electric capacitance-type touch switch, capable of reducing malfunction in switching operations and improving the degree of freedom in the visual design of switch, includes a detection circuit that can detect an electric capacitance change occurring when a human body approaches or contacts to an electrode. A sputter layer (i.e., a metallic thin film formed by sputtering) is provided on a surface of an upper lens (i.e., insulating base resin layer). The sputter layer can provide a beautiful metallic glossy appearance similar to a mirror surface. The sputter layer can be used as a panel surface providing a glossy appearance with iridescent or dichromatic effects obtainable from the hue of the base resin layer transmitted via the metallic layer. Furthermore, the sputter layer can be used as an electric capacitance detection electrode.
