Provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions and formulations of a conjugate comprising a first protein, such as an anti-VEGF antibody, conjugated to a phosphorylcholine-containing polymer, and a second protein that is not conjugated to a phosphorylcholine-containing polymer. The second protein can be the same as the first protein, or can be different. In some embodiments, the pH of the formulation is different from the isoelectric point (pI) of the second protein so as to prevent or reduce turbidity of the formulation.
