Abstract

A heat dissipation device according to the present invention comprises: a heat conduction panel on one side; a heat conduction panel on the other side, which is bonded to the one side heat conduction panel and forms a refrigerant flow space that is a space where a refrigerant is filled and phase-changed between the one side heat conduction panel and the other side heat conduction panel; and a sintered body column assembly disposed in the refrigerant flow space, wherein the sintered body column comprises: a plurality of condensation unit sintered body columns disposed at a portion corresponding to the condensation end involved in the condensation of the refrigerant through heat exchange with external air, in the refrigerant flow space; and an evaporation unit sintered body base disposed, in the refrigerant flow space, at the evaporation end that is close to heating elements as the portion excluding the condensation end, and connected to at least one of the plurality of condensation unit sintered body columns, thereby maximizing heat dissipation performance and improving bonding force.

The present invention relates to a heat dissipation device and a manufacturing method therefor. The heat dissipation device according to the present invention includes a heat conduction panel body having formed therein a refrigerant flow space of a predetermined thickness to dissipate heat through one surface and the other surface thereof, wherein the heat conduction panel body includes a vacuumization unit which is installed with respect to any one of the one surface and the other surface to vertically communicate with the refrigerant flow space and which vacuumizes the refrigerant flow space before or after the refrigerant is filled in the refrigerant flow space. The present invention relates to a heat dissipation module, a heat dissipation device including same, an RF filter for an antenna, an antenna device, and a lighting device. The heat dissipation module includes a heat conduction panel body having a refrigerant flow space which is a closed space in which a refrigerant is filled and circulates while undergoing phase-change between gas and liquid to emit heat. The refrigerant flow space includes: a first section which is an evaporation area for receiving heat from a heating element that is a heat dissipation target; and a second section which is a path through which a liquid refrigerant condensed from a gaseous state to a liquid state in the refrigerant flows to the first section by surface tension or gravity. Abstract

The present invention relates to a full analog phase shifter, and more particularly, comprises: a variable switch panel comprising a first conductive pattern terminal and a second conductive pattern terminal; and a pattern PCB on which a plurality of array antenna elements are arranged and a transmission line at which the first conductive pattern terminal and the second conductive pattern terminal come into contact is pattern-printed, wherein, assuming that two variable switch panels are disposed in the vertical direction, the two variable switch panels are provided as a slider type that slides in the vertical direction so that, due to a phase shift caused by the contact between the first conductive pattern terminal and the second conductive pattern terminal and the transmission line, phases of the plurality of array antenna elements are linearly distributed on a same reference phase plane, thereby providing the advantage of easily implementing a mirror symmetry structure having a linear phase distribution only by a phase shift in an RF stage without phase conversion in a digital stage.

Abstract

Provided is an antenna device that can facilitate smooth operation of a rotation driving unit due a simplified structure and consequent reduction in weight. To this end, the antenna device according to the present invention comprises: an antenna unit; a support mounting unit that attaches to a support; and a rotation driving unit that attaches to the support mounting unit to allow rotating in the horizontal direction, and when rotated so, that rotates the antenna unit in the horizontal direction, wherein the support mounting unit is provided with an internal gear and the rotation driving unit is provided with an external gear, the external gear engaging with the internal gear when the rotation driving unit is in operation to rotate and move along the inner circumferential surface of the internal gear, thus rotating the rotation driving unit in the horizontal direction.

A quadri-polarization diversity antenna system is disclosed. A quadri-polarization diversity antenna system is disclosed. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, an antenna system includes an antenna array including a first column of dual-polarized antenna units and a second column of dual-polarized antenna units. Each of the dual-polarized antenna units includes a first antenna element and a second antenna element perpendicularly crossing each other. In each column, the first antenna elements are conductively connected to form a first subarray and the second antenna elements are conductively connected to form a second subarray.
