Abstract
An injection molding method is provided. A molding device is provided, and the molding device includes a first mold, a second mold over the first mold, and a middle mold between the first mold and the second mold. A first component is disposed on the second mold. The middle mold is engaged with the first mold and the second mold to form a mold cavity after the first component is disposed on the second mold. A polymeric material is injected into the mold cavity to surround the first component. An article formed by the polymeric material and the first component is obtained.

A divider is placed within the runner plate, and the divider has a passage connectable to the first runner or the second runner. A mixture is injected into the mold cavity through the passage and the first runner, and the first mixture fails to flow into the mold cavity through the passage and the second runner. A foamed article is formed from the mixture inside the mold cavity.

An injection-molding method includes providing an extruding system configured to produce a mixture, a first discharging channel including a first outlet, a second discharging channel including a second outlet, and a molding device including a space and first and second feeding ports communicable with the space and respectively engageable with the first and second outlets; engaging the first outlet with the first feeding port; engaging the second outlet with the second feeding port; injecting the mixture through the first outlet and the first feeding port; and injecting the mixture through the second outlet and the second feeding port.

An airtight mechanism of a mold-holding unit for forming a vacuum environment around a held mold, including: a base section; an elongated support section, one end of the support section being vertically fixedly connected with the base section; a top section bridged between the other end of the support section above the base section and in alignment therewith, a mold-holding space being defined between the top section and the base section, in which the mold is held; an airtight tubular chamber reciprocally linearly movable along an axes of the support section between an airtight position and an open position, whereby when positioned in the airtight position, the airtight tubular chamber is positioned in the mold-holding space around the held mold; a first closed end piece disposed on the base section and having a first closed connecting loop, whereby one end of the airtight tubular chamber in the airtight position coaxially airtight abuts against the first closed connecting loop; and a second closed end piece disposed on the top section and having a second closed connecting loop, whereby the other end of the airtight tubular chamber in the airtight position coaxially airtight abuts against the second closed connecting loop.

A mechanism for adjusting relative positions of multiple injection nozzles of an injection apparatus. The mechanism includes a guide section serving as a rail horizontally extending in a predetermined direction; a first injection section having at least one injection nozzle and slidably disposed on the rail, whereby the first injection section is guidable by the rail to horizontally move along X-axis defined by the rail; and a second injection section having at least one injection nozzle and slidably disposed on the rail. The second injection section is spaced from the first injection section by a distance and guidable by the rail to horizontally move along X-axis defined by the rail. The second injection section is further vertically movable within a predetermined range of height along Y-axis normal to X-axis.
