DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LAMINATING A LAMINATING FOIL ELEMENT ONTO A COMPONENT, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR APPLYING ADHESIVE, SYSTEM FOR LAMINATING, COMPONENT TO BE LAMINATED WITH A LAMINATING FOIL ELEMENT, AND USE OF A DEPOSIT PART FOR KEEPING READY A LAMINATING FOIL ELEMENT
The invention relates to a device for laminating a laminating foil element onto a component having a profiled lamination plane using a lamination tool, by means of which tool the laminating foil element is laminated onto the component, the lamination tool comprising a first tool half and a second tool half, and the device comprising a deflection arrangement for deflecting portions of the laminating foil element out of the profiled lamination plane.
The invention relates to a film molding tool for laminating a component with a laminating element or for molding a thermoplastic film from a grained geometry, an alternative method for lower die production and the use of a corresponding film molding tool. In particular, the invention relates to a production method for a lower die that reduces both production time and production costs, exhibits long service lives and also provides high molding quality. To do this, a thin shell mold of a film molding tool is produced from nickel by means of electrochemical deposition and stiffened by means of metal spraying, wherein the metal spray layer incorporates a honeycomb-shaped woven fabric.
The invention relates to a film molding tool for laminating a component with a laminating element or for molding a thermoplastic film with a grained geometry, to an alternative method for producing grain shells, and to the use of a corresponding film molding tool. In particular, the invention relates to a method for producing grain shells, said method saving on production time and production costs, producing long service lives, and additionally allowing a high molding quality. For this purpose, the molding shell of a film molding tool is provided with a ceramic layer which has a grained structure and thus allows the grained structure to be transferred onto the laminating element during the lamination method.
In order significantly to reduce the risk of contamination of a bag for medical purposes, in particular due to residual particles of tube material caused during cutting of a tube for access to the bag, the invention proposes a system (1) for producing a bag for medical purposes, comprising a tube transfer station (2) with a transfer means (3) for transferring a tube (11) coming into the tube transfer station (2) to a holder (10) and for the severing there of a tube section (17) transferred to the holder (10) from a remaining portion (18) of the incoming tube (11) in order subsequently to be able to make the severed tube section (17) connectable to two film layers for forming an access to the bag, wherein the tube transfer station (2) has a tube-tension-holding means (15) on the holder side and also a tube-pulling means (16), which means are designed to introduce tensile forces (19) between the severed tube section (17) and the remaining portion (18) of the incoming tube (11) while the severing takes place.

DEVICE FOR USE WITH A THERMOFORMING SYSTEM, TENTER FRAME FOR USE WITH A THERMOFORMING SYSTEM, THERMOFORMING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SETTING UP OR REFITTING A THERMOFORMING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a device (1) for use with a system (3) for thermoforming semi-finished goods (4), particularly for vacuum laminating a film element (5) on a carrier part, comprising a tenter frame (2) having a holding device (20) for holding a tool used to work the semi-finished goods, a pressure difference transducer (25) for producing a negative pressure or an excess pressure in at least one region (26) of the device (1) the pressure of which can be manipulated, spaces (30, 31, 32, 33) resulting between the tenter frame (2) and the holding device (20) and/or the tool, and a sealing device (40) comprising flat sealing elements (45, 46, 47, 48) for the face sealing of the spaces (30, 31, 32, 33) in order to seal off the at least one region (26) the pressure of which can be manipulated with respect to the surroundings (49), characterized in that a variable-surface sealing face (50) can be produced by at least one of the planar sealing elements (45, 46, 47, 48), by which the spaces (30, 31, 32, 33) can be sealed.
The aim of the invention is to avoid the risk of contamination of a bag for medical purposes, in particular to significantly reduce the amount of residual particles of material during the cutting of a tube for access to the bag. The invention proposes a system (1) for producing a bag for medical purposes comprising a tube transfer station (2) having transfer means (3) for transferring a tube (11), which is being transported towards the tube transfer station (2), to a holder (10) and for separating there a tube section (17) transferred to the holder (10) from a remainder (18) of the tube (11), in order to then render the separated tube section (17) connectible to two film layers to form an access to the bag. The tube transfer station (2) comprises at least one air nozzle (55, 57), and an effective area (58) of the at least one air nozzle (55, 57) is directed onto a designated location (20) for separation such that a forced air flow (56) in the designated location (20) forced by air blown out and/or drawn in can be adjusted for separation.
The invention relates to a device for welding a connection region of a film to a connection part having an axial direction. In the case of conventional devices, there is the risk of steep workpiece edges causing uncontrolled weak spots in the film and in the weld seam. According to the invention, the film is extended in a controlled manner such that the film has a length reserve. The film is extended in such a way that the film has a deformation cross-section that runs out such that the deformation is not visible on the final product. In this connection, the invention further relates to a use of a film, to a method for welding, to a method for producing bags, to a system for producing bags, and to a bag.
The invention relates to a device (1) for filling a bag (2), a bag contour sealing tool for producing a bag, a sealing tool for sealing a bag, a method for filling a bag, a method for producing a bag, a system for producing and filling a bag and a bag which is produced and filled using said system or has been produced using a bag contour sealing tool. The invention enables a bag to be filled, in particular a bag for medical purposes, without the need for the bag to have a filling port. As a result, resources and costing can be saved and there is harm to the environment.
