Abstract

An elastic bush and an electric motor using the elastic bush are proposed. The elastic bush includes a bush body having in a central portion thereof a coupling hole into which a rotating shaft is inserted, a circular separation plate spaced apart from an end of the bush body in an extending direction of the rotating shaft and coming into close contact with a neighboring associated component, and a plurality of connecting legs each connected at both ends thereof to the bush body and the separation plate, and elastically deformed to vary a relative distance between the bush body and the separation plate. An entire length of the elastic bush is varied through elastic deformation. Therefore, a gap between two components located on both sides of the elastic bush, such as a front bush and an armature assembly, may be more effectively reduced.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an electronic parking brake actuator assembly. The present invention comprises: a main housing (30) which is integrally made up of a motor mounting part (31) and a gear mounting part (40); a motor unit (20) which is assembled to the motor mounting part (31) of the main housing (30); a gear unit (70) which is assembled to the gear mounting part (40) of the main housing (30) and rotates by being engaged by a rotational force of the motor unit (20); and a cover which is assembled to the main housing (30) to shield the motor unit (20) and the gear unit (70), wherein, while a brush card assembly (50) is directly assembled to the motor mounting part (31), a terminal (56) configuring the brush card assembly (50) is provided to the motor mounting part (31) by insert-injection molding. In the present invention, the motor unit (20) and the gear unit (70) are not pre-assembled but are directly assembled to the main housing (30). This is possible because a structure for assembly of the motor unit (20) and the gear unit (70) is made in the main housing (30), and as such the number of components and assembly time of an actuator are reduced, and consequently, manufacturing costs of the actuator are reduced.

Abstract

A clutch actuator unit is provided that includes a housing having a mounting space and a penetration aperture for receiving an operating rod. A slide pad and slider are disposed along an inner side surface of the mounting space, and are configured to move back and forth within the housing. An operating rod that is connected to the slider through the penetration aperture is moved back and forth, along with the slider and slide pad, through the aperture via a drive portion. A stopper is also integrally formed along the front surface of the slide pad to limit the movement of the slider accordingly. In doing so, the disclosed actuator is able to dynamically locate certain stroke positions and provide an improved shifting operation.
