Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an air supply valve having a backflow prevention function and a valve module, for preventing backflow of air or gas through an outlet. The air supply valve includes a housing that includes a motor mounted therein and in which a supply flow path and an outlet of air are formed, a driver including a gear part for transmitting driving force of the motor and a converter for converting rotation of the gear part to linear motion, and a valve module that is coupled to an end of the converter and is opened while being spaced apart from the outlet of the housing to be connected to the supply flow path or is closed while being in contact with the outlet.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an electric car charging plug locking actuator capable of preventing arbitrary separation of a plug from an electric car during a process of charging the electric car with the plug connected thereto. In order to accomplish the above purpose, the present invention provides an electric car charging plug locking actuator comprising: a housing; a motor contained in a space portion inside the housing; a first power transfer portion connected to a motor shaft of the motor; a second power transfer portion connected to the first power transfer portion; a switch configured to operate according to the operation of the second power transfer portion so as to selectively implement a push state or a push release state; a stopper connected to the switch so as to protrude out of the housing when the switch is in the push state such that the state thereof is fixed, or so as to move into the housing when the switch is in the push release state such that the state of protrusion out of the housing is released; and an elastic member having an end contacting the inner wall of the housing so as to elastically support the stopper in the inward movement direction. The switch is inserted into a guide member provided in a tube type and is connected to the second power transfer portion such that, according to the push operation of the second power transfer portion, same engages with the guide member or disengages therefrom.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a wastegate actuator assembly which is capable of reducing noise generated by movement of a connecting rod assembly connected to a wastegate valve during a cold start or when driving. To this end, the present invention provides a wastegate valve actuator assembly comprising: a connection bracket which is mounted on an output shaft of a wastegate valve actuator; an extension shaft which is provided on the connection bracket and extends in one direction; a connecting rod assembly which has one end rotatably mounted on the extension shaft and the other end connected to a wastegate valve; a fixing member, installed at an end of the extension shaft, for preventing the connecting rod assembly from being separated from the extension shaft; and a buffer member which is disposed on the extension shaft, in at least one region between the other end of the connecting rod assembly and the bracket or between the other end of the connecting rod assembly and the fixing member, to prevent contact or collision between the connecting rod assembly and the bracket or the fixing member.

The water pump in a vehicle includes a pump cover which forms an upper side exterior appearance of the pump for housing an impeller to be rotated, a hollow rotor coupled on the same axis with the impeller to rotate altogether, and a housing coupled to the pump cover to house the rotor and a stator therein, wherein the pump cover includes a first rotation shaft extended toward the hollow in the rotor passed through the impeller, the housing includes a second rotation shaft extended toward the hollow in the rotor, the first rotation shaft has a communication hole formed therein to be in communication with the hollow, and the rotor has a communication passage recessed in a lower end portion thereof to a predetermined depth.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve for a vehicle. The EGR valve includes a valve housing connected to an exhaust line for discharging exhaust gas therethrough, having a flow line with an inside area divided for taking and re-circulating a portion of the exhaust gas to a suction manifold, a driving unit on one side of the valve housing, and a valve unit mounted in a flow line of the valve housing for receiving driving force from the driving unit directly to control flows of the exhaust gas flowing through the flow line at the same time individually, thereby making stable control of the exhaust gas flowing through the EGR valve, preventing damage caused by the high temperature exhaust gas, and preventing the exhaust gas from leaking to an outside of the EGR valve.
