Abstract

The invention relates to a carrier plate (18) for flap discs (16) which comprises an outer flange (20) formed on the carrier plate for fastening grinding flaps (22) and a dome-shaped inner part (26) formed integrally with the outer flange (20). The inner part has a hub (28) with an internal thread (30) for fastening on the external thread (32) of the shaft (14) of a drive machine (12). The start of said thread is designed as a seat surface (34) expanded conically outward for a centering projection (36) of a driver plate (38), an elastic intermediate element (40) being provided on the dome-shaped inner part (26) of the carrier plate (18) to support said driver plate. The elastic intermediate element (40) consists of a ring (42), which surrounds the seat surface (34) and which is rigidly connected to the dome-shaped inner part (26).

Abstract

The invention relates to a supporting disk having a driving plate (38) for lamellar grinding disks comprising an outer flange (20) designed on the supporting disk (18) for fixing grinding lamellae (22) and a dome-shaped inner part (26) that is integrally connected to said outer flange, against which inner part the driver plate provided with an annular centering projection (36) bears and which comprises a hub (28) having an internal thread (30) for fastening to the external thread (32) of the shaft (14) of a drive engine (12). Abstract

The invention relates to a carrier plate for flap wheels having a dome-shaped interior part (12) on which a hub (16) is designed for fastening to a shaft of a drive machine, and an outer flange (14) serving to fasten flaps which is connected to the dome-shaped interior part (12) via a conical ring (26) designed on the latter. Opening slots (30) for air penetration distributed over the circumference are incorporated into the ring and run obliquely to the radial direction. Air deflection wings (32) are designed on the inside (20) of the conical ring (26) between the opening slots (30) and adjoin one of the two longitudinal edges (34) of the obliquely running, square opening slots (30) over the entire length thereof and are limited in the longitudinal extension thereof on the adjoining longitudinal edge (34).
