The usage performance of the described device is improved, the simplicity and stability of a fabric clamping device are ensured, the clamping of a textile fabric is facilitated, the effect of clamping a textile fabric is ensured, and the quality of a textile fabric is improved.
An unloading apparatus for textile fabrics. The apparatus transfers the fabric into a U-shaped frame (14), one end of the fabric is clamped by a finger cylinder (15), then a servo motor (5) drives a rotating shaft (3) to rotate, the rotating shaft accomplishes the motion of the rotating shaft by means of the meshing of a gear (10) and a rack (9), then the rotating shaft, whilst in motion, drives a mounting frame (4) and a movable plate (11) to slide, the movable plate steadily moves left and right under the effect of a vertical support wheel (13) and a second slide groove (12), and finally the fabric is clamped to the rightmost side of a machine body (1) to be released, thus increasing the use performance of the unloading apparatus, obviating the need for manually taking off the fabric, and saving human resources while also increasing the work efficiency of fabric unloading.

An exhaust port (2) is provided at the top end of the device body (1); a roller (3) is provided at the middle of the front side of the device body (1); the two ends of the roller (3) are provided with fixed ends (4); a fixing bolt (5) is provided inside one of the fixed ends (4); a rotating shaft (6) is provided in the middle of one fixed end (4); air inlets (12) are provided at the lower portion of a side face of the device body (1); a dust-proof grille (13) is provided inside each air inlet (12); a centrifugal fan (14) is provided below the exhaust port (2) at the inside upper end of the device body (1); blowers (15) are provided at the inside bottom end of the device body (1); the upper end of each blower (15) is provided with a heating pipe (16); a diffusion port (17) is provided at the top end of each heating pipe (16); the roller (3) is separatable from the fixed end (4) to facilitate replacement; and the dust-proof grilles (13) can prevent dust from entering the device through the air inlets (12).

The take-up device for spinning facilitates the fixation of a take-up drum, and is relatively uniform and esthetic when a spun yarn is wound around the take-up drum, and facilitates utilization of the take-up drum to the fullest possible extent.

In the present invention, by means of the arrangement of the heat dissipation box, the filtering layer and the refrigerating box, aldehyde and benzene substances, odors, etc. produced by the volatilization of dye-based ink during a printing and dyeing process can be effectively removed, and automatic temperature reduction can also be achieved when the temperature of the apparatus is excessively high.
