Abstract

A device for applying coiling-tension to a slit band sheet includes an upper structure that is disposed on the upper side of a band sheet which has been passed through a slitter line and slitted; and a lower structure that is disposed on the lower side of the band sheet and faces the upper structure vertically. In addition, an upper belt is stretched on an outer peripheral surface of the upper structure. A lower belt is stretched on an outer peripheral surface of the lower structure. The upper structure has a first reversing portion, an upper pressing portion, and a second reversing portion. The first reversing portion and the upper pressing portion are integrated with each other. A tension adjusting mechanism is installed on side surfaces of the first reversing portion and the upper pressing portion and a side surface of the second reversing portion.

Abstract

A separator disposing portion 15 is provided with a ball screw 22 and an arm 23. The arm 23 is a member which comes into contact with a holder 17 and a separator disk 18, thereby allowing them to move. The arm 23 is provided with a chuck portion 30 which is connected to a piston 29 and can be fitted to a chuck pedestal 27. The chuck portion 30 comes close to or moves away from an expansion/contraction shaft 16 in association with expansion and contraction of the piston 29. Further, the chuck portion 30 comes into contact with an outer circumference surface of the holder 17, a side surface of the holder 17 and a side surface of the separator disk 18 in association with movements of the piston 29 and a driving portion 26.

Abstract

This winding tension applying device 1 is provided with an upper structure 2 that is disposed on the upper side of strips that have been slit by being fed through a slitting line and a lower structure 3 that is disposed on the lower side of the strips. The upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3 are positioned to vertically face each other. Furthermore, an upper belt 10 is stretched over the outer peripheral surface of the upper structure 2 so as to be free to rotate. A lower belt 11 is stretched over the outer peripheral surface of the lower structure 3 so as to be free to rotate. The upper structure 2 has a first inverting portion 14, an upper pressing portion 15, and a second inverting portion 16. The first inverting portion 14 and the upper pressing portion 15 are integrated into a single structure. A tension level adjustment mechanism 32 capable of adjusting the tension level of the upper belt 10 is provided on the side surface 30 of the first inverting portion and the upper pressing portion and the side surface 31 of the second inverting portion.

Abstract

An absorption apparatus 1 that is an example of a loop amount absorption apparatus of a slitter line to which the present invention is applied is disposed in a region of a loop pit 3 provided in the slitter line 2. Abstract

The negative pressure roll 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 2, an internal cylinder 3, an intermediate cylinder 4 and a multi-layered non-woven fabric laminated outer layer 5. Abstract

A suction roll device (1) has a rotating shaft (2), an inner cylinder (3), an intermediate cylinder (4), and an outer layer (5). The inner cylinder (3) is supported by the rotating shaft (2) with a reinforcement circular plate (9) therebetween and has a negative pressure conduction groove (14) in the surface of the inner cylinder (3). Air within the negative pressure conduction groove (14) is sucked by a vacuum pump through a negative pressure conduction hole (8) formed in the inner cylinder (3). The intermediate cylinder (4) is formed on the outside of the inner cylinder (3) and has a large number of air passage holes (16) connecting to the negative pressure conduction groove (14). The outer layer (5) is formed on the outside of the intermediate cylinder (4) and comprises overlaid sheets of nonwoven fabric. The inner cylinder (3), the intermediate cylinder (4), and the outer layer (5) rotate together with the rotating shaft (2). A metallic band plate (13) which is pulled by a re-coiler (24) is sucked to the surface of the outer layer (5), and the rotating shaft (2) is braked by a braking device (6). As a result, tensile force is applied to the metallic band plate (13).
