The invention relates to a mobile kitchen appliance with an integrated weighing unit, comprising a housing (10), in the top side of which a cover plate (20) is provided as a weighing surface, and at least three weighing sensors (41, 42) which are arranged between the housing (10) and the feet (40) and are designed to detect sensor data in relation to a force, which acts on the top side (21) of the cover plate (20), an operating device (30) of the kitchen appliance, and control electronics, which are connected to the weighing sensors (41, 42) for detecting the sensor data and to the operating device (30) for controlling the operating device (30) of the kitchen appliance. At least one input zone (53) is provided on the top side (21) of the housing (10) and a capacitive actuation sensor (51) is provided behind the or each input zone (53), said actuation sensor being connected to the control electronics. The control electronics are configured to detect predetermined sensor data of a respective one of the at least one capacitive actuation sensor (51) together with changed sensor data determined by at least one weighing sensor (41, 42) in the same time period by means of a detected weight change as input data provided for operating the kitchen appliance and to generate a corresponding control signal.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for determining and displaying or monitoring at least one operating state of a cooking vessel which comprises a lid (1), having a lid knob (2) which can be secured to the lid (1) of the cooking vessel and which comprises a measuring device (30, 33) mounted in the knob for detecting the operating state and having a controller (5) with a signaling device (8). The signaling device comprises a display device in order to display the actual state of the operating state. The controller (5) is designed to output a signal when a target value of the operating state is reached. The measuring device (30, 33) has a pivotal rotational display (20). The controller (5) and the lid knob (2) have complementary latching means (17, 37; 23, 54) such that the controller (5) can be placed on the lid knob (2) in a single specified rotational position relative to the lid knob (2). The rotational display (20) has a permanent magnet (35) which is secured to the rotational display, and the controller (5) has a magnetic sensor device (45) for detecting the rotational position of the rotational display (20).

Abstract

An apparatus for determining and displaying or monitoring at least one operating state, selected from the group of temperature, pressure or air humidity of a cooking vessel comprises an adjusting element (3) for detecting the operating state, and a signalling apparatus which comprises an acoustic signal transmitter and/or an optical signal transmitter and/or a display device. An actual value of the operating state can be displayed with the aid of the display apparatus, and an appropriate signal can be output when a setpoint of the operating state is reached. The adjusting element (3) comprises a pivotable measuring disc (31) with a coded structure (34), and a sensor device (4, 4') is provided for sensing the pivoting path of the measuring disc (31).

Abstract

A cooking vessel has a handle (10), in particular for a pot or a pan, wherein the grip region (15) of said handle is composed of metal. In this case, the handle has at least one first substantially metal fixing section (12) for being fixed to the cooking vessel, a transition section (13) and a substantially metal grip section (14, 15). The transition section (13) has a reduced metal cross section compared to the adjacent sections (12 and 14, 15), wherein said transition section (13) respectively comprises either a metal section (23), which is integrally connected to the adjacent sections (12 and 14, 15), and a ceramic piece (90), or comprises only a ceramic piece, and the ceramic pieces (90) are connected to the adjacent adjoining metal sections (12, 23, 14) in an interlocking manner. The result of this is a reduction in thermal conductivity in the grip region (15) without reducing the stability of the handle (10).
