Abstract

A prefabricated structure for a composite window apparatus using different frame materials. The sides of the corners of adjacent first window frames and adjacent first sash frame which made of synthetic resin are punched, the punched parts of the first window frames, the punched parts of the first sash frames and the parts of the angle pieces are bent inwardly. When the punched parts of the angle piece are bent into the corner piece, the window frame compression flanges of the first window frames are pressurized by the angle piece and the corner piece, and the sash frame compression flanges of the first sash frames are pressurized by the angle piece and the corner piece, so that the corners of the first window frames and the corners the first sash frames are connected to respective angle pieces and corner pieces.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a window and door system having an easily changeable structure, wherein: striker holders are coupled to side installation spaces of a doorframe such that the strikers are coupled and laid in the installation spaces; finishing caps are coupled to the striker holders such that the strikers are supported in the striker holders; and the strikers are laid within the installation spaces between doorframe rails with the striker holders so as not to be protrude towards an access space of the doorframe. Thus, since the strikers do not protrude within the access space of the doorframe, the window and door system can maintain an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and the strikers do not strike a part of a user's body when the user accesses the access space of the doorframe so as to prevent accidents. Furthermore, it is possible to change a locked door to an unlocked door or to change the unlocked door to the locked door by a very simple operation of replacing fixed covers or rail covers in the doorframe, and thus the structure can be changed very easily.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a window and door assembly structure having a joint portion of 45 degrees. In the window and door assembly structure having the joint portion of 45 degrees, both ends of a horizontal bar are cut at 45 degrees, a first coupling space is defined along a lengthwise direction of the horizontal bar to connect an inner space of the horizontal bar to the outside, and a screw coupling part having a screw coupling groove protrudes within the first coupling space. Also, both ends of a vertical bar are cut at 45 degrees so that a vertical bar has a joint portion of 45 degrees when the vertical bar and the horizontal bar contact each other, a second coupling space is defined along a lengthwise direction of the vertical bar to connect an inner space of the horizontal bar to the outside, and a sidewall defining the second coupling space has a screw groove collinear to a screw coupling groove. Also, a support block includes a first support part inserted into the first coupling space of the horizontal bar and a second support part inserted into the second space of the vertical bar. A coupling part entrance groove is defined in the first support part so that the screw coupling part enters when the first support part is inserted into the first coupling space. Thus, since the vertical bar and the horizontal bar are simply detached, and the windows and doors may easily installed and repaired. Also, since the horizontal and vertical bars are minimized in thickness, the windows and doors may be made lightweight. Furthermore, the joint portion between the horizontal bar and the vertical bar may be more firmly reinforced by a reinforcing plate.
