Abstract

The present invention relates to an electric vehicle battery transport container including a battery fixing hook, the container having: at least one provided folding-type slip-prevention part erected on a plate-shaped pedestal, which has a closed upper surface, so as to prevent both left-and-right slipping and back-and-forth slipping of an electric vehicle battery; a belt tightened using a ratchet so that the electric vehicle battery is fixed to the pedestal, in a state in which a battery fixing hook connected by means of the belt to the ratchet accommodated in a ratchet accommodation recessed part formed in the pedestal is inserted into an assembly hole formed in a lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery loaded on the pedestal; and a corner support shaft concave-convex-coupled to a support shaft insertion hole having an inclined structure with a decreasing inner diameter, so that the pedestal is loaded on a transport vehicle in multiple steps. If the folding-type slip-prevention part is erected according to the present invention, left-and-right slipping and back-and-forth slipping of the electric vehicle battery can be easily prevented and, particularly, if the belt is tightened using the ratchet when the electric vehicle battery is fixed to the pedestal in a state in which the battery fixing hook is inserted into the assembly hole formed in the lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery, the electric vehicle battery can be firmly fixed to the pedestal without the occurrence of interference between the belt and the upper surface of the electric vehicle battery.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an electric vehicle battery transport container provided with a shielding sleeve. An electric vehicle battery is fixed to a seating by fastening a belt via a latchet while inserting a battery fixing hook, which is connected to the front end portion of the latchet accommodated in a latchet accommodation groove portion formed in the seating, into an assembly hole formed in a lower bracket of the electric vehicle battery loaded on the seating, and at least one folding type anti-sliding portion installed on the seating is erected to prevent sliding of the electric vehicle battery in the left and right directions and the back and forth directions. In addition, multi-stage seatings are loaded on a transport vehicle by concave-convex coupling a corner support shaft to a support shaft insertion groove having an inclined structure, of which the inner diameter is reduced. According to the present invention, when the seating is manufactured in a grating-type frame and front, rear, left, and right side surfaces of the seating are shielded by shielding sleeves, the weight of the seating can be minimized. Thus, when the seating is loaded on and transported via the transport vehicle or vessel, transportation costs can be reduced. In addition, contamination of electric vehicle batteries loaded on the seating due to dust or impurities during long-time transportation can be prevented.
