Abstract

Provided is a synthesis method for 6-furfurylaminopurine. In the presence of 1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene (DBU), furfurylamine and 6-chloropurine undergo a nucleophilic substitution reaction under hexamethyldisilazane reflux conditions to obtain a 6-furfurylaminopurine crude product, and recrystallisation is performed to obtain 6-furfurylaminopurine, the HPLC purity being more than 99.5%, a single impurity being less than 0.1%. The method has a simple path process, a high yield, and no wastewater discharge.

Abstract

A two-component developer is at least consisted of a toner and a carrier. The toner is produced by mixing a dispersion of colorant-containing resin particles and a dispersion of wax-containing resin particles and coagulating to give colored particles, adding to the colored particles 0.2 to 2.0 percent by weight of a hydrophobic silica and 0.01 to 1.0 percent by weight of a hydrotalcite-like compound as external additives and then blending uniformly, and has a shape coefficient of 0.93 to 0.99. The carrier is consisted of magnetic particles which have a volume-average particle diameter of 20 to 100 micrometers and are coated with a silicone resin. The two-component developer can maintain a high friction electrification property and produce a bright sharp image for a long time.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing electrostatic image developing toner. The method comprises: agglutinating resin particles in aqueous medium to produce electrostatic image developing toner including resin, colorants and wax. The colorants and wax are inside the resin particles. Free radical polymerizable monomers are gradually added to aqueous medium in which colorants with inner wax particles are dispersed, and the free radical polymerizable monomers are polymerized to form the resin particles. The resin particles are further agglutinated in the aqueous medium to obtain toner particles. The toner of the invention has uniform particle size, and high roll viscosity resistance and durability.

A colorful carbon powder and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method involves agglutinating anionic compound emulsion containing wax polymer (A) and cationic compound emulsion containing colorant polymer(B).
