Abstract
To provide a blocking device and method capable of safely blocking a fluid tube. A blocking device (1) that introduces a bag (50) into a fluid tube (1), and expands the bag (50) by pressure of fluid to block the inside of the fluid tube (50), the blocking device (1) including a cylinder (20) connectable to the fluid tube (1); a guide pipe (30) provided to be movable forward and backward in an axial direction of the cylinder (20) in the cylinder (20) and formed with a notch (32) for passing the bag (50) at a tip end; and a slide tube (40) inserted into the guide pipe (30) and provided to be movable forward and backward in the axial direction, and having a tip end portion connected to the bag (50) and a basal end portion connected to a fluid source (60) for expanding the bag (50); where the bag (50) is expanded in a state in which the guide pipe (30) is withdrawn from the fluid tube (1).

Abstract
Provided are blocking device and method which can safely block a fluid tube. A blocking device (1) according to the present invention introduces a bag (50) into a fluid tube (1) and blocks the inside of the fluid tube (50) by expanding the bag (50) with the pressure of a fluid, said blocking device (1) comprising: a cylinder (20) which is connectable to the fluid tube (1); a guide pipe (30) which is provided in the cylinder (20) so as to be movable forward and backward in the axis direction of the cylinder (20) and at the tip of which is formed a notch (32) for passing the bag (50) therethrough; and a slide tube (40) which is inserted into the guide pipe (30) so as to be movable forward and backward in the axis direction, which has a tip end portion that is connected to the bag (50), and which has a base end portion that is connected to a fluid source (60) for expanding the bag (50), wherein the bag (50) is expanded in a state in which the guide pipe (30) is withdrawn from the fluid tube (1).

Abstract
The present invention prevents damage to an internal bag in an insertion path into a water pipe. An inflatable internal bag (2) is enclosed by an external bag (3). A vent (2a) of the internal bag (2) into which a cap (4) is inserted and attached and a hose (5) connected to the cap (4) are externally fitted and crimped by a caulking ring (6) via a mouth (3a) of the external bag (3). The cap (4) has a cylindrical barrel (4a) inserted and fitted into the vent (2a). An outward opening (4d) of the barrel (4a) is provided so as to project outward from the vent (2a), and is inserted and fitted into a tip-end opening (5a) of the hose (5). A rope (10) with a smaller diameter than the outward opening (4d) is passed through the hose (5), the rope (10) having, at a base end thereof, a stopper (9) that can be engaged with an end surface of a base end opening (5b). The rope (10) has, at a tip-end thereof, a stopper (11) with a diameter slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the barrel (4a). The stopper (11) is placed in the barrel (4a) so that a front surface of the stopper (11) becomes substantially flush with an inward opening end surface (4c) of the barrel (4a) by adjusting the length of the rope (10) when the internal bag (2) is in a deflated state.
