Abstract

Provided are a landing door and an elevator capable of reducing the number of components of a locking mechanism capable of two-stage locking. The landing door has a locking mechanism that locks a door body in a door closed state in which a door body is closed, and in a door partially open state in which the door body is opened from the door closed state to a predetermined distance. A hook member of the locking mechanism has a first hook and a second hook, and rotates about a rotation axis perpendicular to a sliding direction and a vertical direction of the door body. A hook receiving part engages with the first hook in the door closed state and engages with the second hook in the door partially open state. A biasing member biases the hook member in a posture in which the first hook and the second hook face the hook receiving part in the sliding direction of the door body. A first unlocking part is connected to the hook member, and can be operated to rotate the hook member in the door closed state. A second unlocking part is connected to the hook member, and can be operated to rotate the hook member in the door partially open state.

Abstract

A reference core position calculation device 100 that calculates a reference core position of an elevator shaft in which an elevator is to be installed includes a measurement unit 101 and a calculation unit 112. The measurement unit 101 measures a dimension of each portion of the elevator shaft. The calculation unit 112 calculates portion dimension values of the elevator shaft based on the reference core position and the dimension of each portion measured by the measurement unit 101. When the reference core position is a first reference core position, the calculation unit 112 determines whether portion dimension values of the elevator shaft calculated based on the first reference core position satisfy a predetermined specification.

Abstract

In the past, since a control signal for an elevator is required for measuring the landing position of an elevator such as a relay-type elevator from which a meaningful control signal cannot be acquired, measurement or diagnosis for the landing position cannot be performed. Thus, an elevator diagnosis system of the present invention includes: a landing door detection unit which is provided in a car door of a car and detects a landing door; an acceleration measurement unit which is provided in the car door and measures acceleration; and a moving amount measurement unit which measures, as a landing position, a moving amount of the car, which moves from a time when the landing door detection unit detects the landing door after the acceleration measurement unit detects deceleration of the car to a time when the car door opens; and an abnormality diagnosis unit which diagnoses, on the basis of the moving amount, a landing abnormality of the car, wherein, even when an elevator system from which a meaningful control signal cannot be acquired is taken as a diagnosis target, the abnormality can be detected when a landing error is extended due to deterioration over time, etc.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a device for controlling a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a method of control therefor that make it possible to estimate magnetic pole positions of a non-salient-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor even while using a q-axis voltage. [Solution] The present invention is a system for controlling a permanent magnet synchronous motor, in which a variable-voltage/variable-frequency inverter is controlled on the basis of a d-axis voltage and a q-axis voltage. The control system generates a d-axis voltage command and a q-axis voltage command, removes a direct current component from the q-axis voltage command, estimates magnetic pole positions of the permanent magnet synchronous motor on the basis of a signal obtained by removing the direct current component from the q-axis voltage command, and makes use of the estimated magnetic pole positions to control the inverter.

Abstract

This elevator device comprises: a car; a landing door that is installed on each floor; an elevator operation control unit; and an unlocking permission/rejection discrimination unit. A door lock unit for preventing the landing door from being unnecessarily opened is attached to the landing door. Upon determining that the safety of maintenance work has been ensured, the unlocking permission/rejection discrimination unit permits the opening of the door lock unit and enables opening of the landing door. Thus, it is possible to prevent an accident by preventing maintenance workers from opening the landing door at which no car is present during the maintenance work of the elevator device.

Abstract

An elevator apparatus provided with a passenger car; a counterweight; a hoist for driving the lifting and lowering of the passenger car and the counterweight; a machine base for supporting the hoist; and a machine beam for supporting the machine base; wherein the elevator apparatus has an extension section extending from the machine base to the passenger car side, and a stopper plate attached to an end section of the extension section, wherein the stopper plate is sandwiched between two horizontal vibration control rubber parts, and wherein the stopper plate and the two horizontal vibration control rubber parts are sandwiched between two brackets. Due to this configuration, the present invention is able to provide a hoist assembly that collects the horizontal vibration control structure for the hoist of the elevator apparatus on the car side.

Abstract

Provided is passenger conveyor equipment for which a new passenger conveyor is installed by using an existing body frame of an existing passenger conveyor, wherein the new body frame can be prevented from falling even when the building structure is experiencing large vibrations due to a large earthquake or the like. To this end, on at least one end of the passenger conveyor equipment, an existing equipment side bearing beam (7A) that is provided on an end of an existing body frame (2) is placed on a construction beam (9) of a building structure so as to be mutually movable with respect to the construction beam (9), and a new equipment side bearing beam (13A) that is provided on an end of a new body frame (10) is placed on the construction beam (9) and the existing equipment side bearing beam (7A) so as to be mutually movable with respect to the construction beam (9) and the existing equipment side bearing beam (7A). At least a portion of at least one of a driving device (21) and an electrical panel (20, 20A) is disposed in a gap between the existing body frame (2) and the new body frame (10).

Abstract

Provided are a riding basket and an elevator apparatus with which flexibility of an installation position of an ion generating apparatus may be improved by requiring no adjustment in the size of the riding basket and preventing interference with another apparatus in installing the ion generating apparatus. According to the present invention, the riding basket and an ion generating apparatus (15) of the elevator apparatus are fixed to a plate body (18) which is larger than the ion generating apparatus (15), and the ion generating apparatus (15) is positioned in a space (25) and fixed from a rear surface side opposite to the space (25) of an in-ceiling frame (13) through a notch hole formed at the in-ceiling frame (13), the notch hole being larger than the ion generating apparatus (15) and smaller than the plate body (18).

Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To provide a safety system of an elevator in which the position of a cage in the vertical direction can be detected conveniently with high reliability, and landing error between the cage and a floor can be detected at a plurality of levels. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The safety system of an elevator comprises a plurality of detection bodies (17, 18, 23, 24) arranged on the same vertical line in an elevator shaft, and a plurality of detectors (13, 14) provided in the cage (1) to oppose each pair of detection bodies, wherein the position of the cage in the vertical direction, e.g. landing error between the cage and a floor, is detected at a plurality of levels based on a plurality of output signals from the detectors. Furthermore, validity of opposing detection by detection bodies and detectors is judged based on the cage position information from second cage position detecting means (8, 9) for detecting the position of the cage in the vertical direction equivalently or measurement information on an elapsed time or a moving distance from opposing detection of a detection body by a detector to opposing detection of the next detection body.
