Abstract
The invention relates to a method for optimising identical, individually made-to-measure items of clothing. The method comprises the following method steps: a. measuring a body part (12) and generating a first data set for the production of the item of clothing, containing measurements of the body part (12); b. producing a first item of clothing on the basis of the determined data set, wherein the item of clothing has at least one passive indicator element (10) with which characteristics of and/or changes to the item of clothing due to the use of the item of clothing by a user can be determined; c. the user using the first item of clothing; d. inspecting the used first item of clothing for changes due to use by the user for the production of an identical second item of clothing, and generating a second data set containing measurements of the used first item of clothing, comparing the second data set with the first data set, and checking the indicator element (10) for information that is relevant for the production of the second item of clothing; e. generating a third data set based on the first data set, the second data set and the result of checking the indicator element (10); f. producing the second item of clothing on the basis of the third data set; g. as required, repeating the previous method steps d) to f) starting from the last-produced and used item of clothing for further optimisation of the fit and/or characteristics of the item of clothing to be newly produced.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for generating data of a three-dimensional object (20), in particular of a body part, on which data the production of a part to be produced which is adapted to the dimensions of the three-dimensional object (20) is based. The method comprises the following method steps: - positioning the three-dimensional object (20) relative to a size reference object (22), - capturing images of the three-dimensional object (20) and of the size reference object (22) from a plurality of different perspectives by means of a digital camera (26), - determining reference points (28) of the three-dimensional object (20) and their relative position to one another from the captured images, - generating a virtual image of the three-dimensional object (20) on the basis of the reference points (28), - generating data for the production of the part to be produced which is adapted to the three-dimensional object (20).

Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for making a seamless shoe customised to a foot. The method comprises the following steps: - positioning the foot relative to a size reference object, - capturing images of the foot and of the size reference object from a number of different perspectives using a digital camera which has a position sensor, - determining reference points of the foot and their position relative to one another from the images, - producing a flat last for making the shoe on the basis of the reference points, - making shoe elements on the basis of the reference points, - putting together and connecting the shoe elements using the last.
