Abstract
A monitoring method for a roll gap between grinding rollers of a flour mill, comprising: providing a control unit and a roll gap adjusting mechanism. The control unit has a data collection module and a storage processing module, and a roll gap initial value is preset in the storage processing module; the roll gap adjusting mechanism at least comprises an adjusting screw rod and a position detection unit, and the position detection unit detects a rotation change of the adjusting screw rod and sends position detection data to the data collection module; the data collection module converts the position detection data into a roll gap change value and sends the roll gap change value to the storage processing module, and the storage processing module obtains a current roll gap value according to the roll gap initial value and the roll gap change value.

A granularity measurement system, comprising: a sampling subsystem (1), which comprises a plurality of sampling points adapted to be connected to a production line of a granular product; an analysis subsystem (2), which is connected to an outlet end of the sampling subsystem (1) and is configured to capture and analyze a dynamic particle image of the granular product; a recovery subsystem (3), which is connected to an outlet end of the analysis subsystem (2) and is adapted to be connected to the production line of the granular product; a power subsystem (4), which is separately in fluid communication with the analysis subsystem (2) and the recovery subsystem (3) and is configured to provide a negative-pressure gas flow adapted to move the granular product; and a control subsystem (5), which is electrically connected to the analysis subsystem (2) and is adapted to be electrically connected to a process device of the production line of the granular product.

In the monitoring method, an actual change of the roll gap between the grinding rollers can be monitored in real time, the roll gap change value and the current roll gap value are stored, and the stored data can be subjected to numerical analysis to optimize parameters of the flour mill.

Abstract
A sieve frame, which comprises: a sieving component (3) arranged along the horizontal direction; a supporting component (5) arranged below the sieving component (3), the supporting component (5) being spaced from and parallel to the sieving component (3), and the supporting component (5) comprising a plurality of openings (7); a cleaning component (9) arranged between the sieving component (3) and the supporting component (5), supported by the supporting component (5), and adapted to clean the sieving component (3); and a bottom plate (11) arranged below the supporting component (5), the bottom plate (11) comprising inclined surfaces (13) which incline relative to the horizontal direction and discharge ports (15) arranged at a side edge of the bottom plate (11), and the inclined surface (13) extending to the discharge port (15). A sieving device is also comprised. The sieve frame and the sieving device are high in discharge speed and high in sieve frame yield, and the device is small in volume, so that the production land is reduced and the space is saved.
