Abstract

The method and the device are used for mounting forms of a heating process of tires that are produced from an elastomeric material. Form segments of the form are held detachably by a support device. Mounting pins of a guiding element supporting the form segments, said pins being provided with a mounting profile, are guided through an insertion recess of a fixation element disposed in the region of the support device. Thereafter, a locking element of the fixation element is positioned transversely to the longitudinal direction of the mounting pin and thereby locked by the mounting profile with respect to the fixation element. Abstract

The method and the device are for pressing a liquid extract from a material for pressing. The material for pressing is transported along a pressing run by a screw conveyor and subjected to a pressing pressure. Abstract

The invention relates to an extruder comprising a cylinder and an endless screw, said extruder being provided with a cooling system formed by the arrangement of an expanded sheet metal sleeve (3) on the outer side thereof. A flow region of the cooling system is defined on one side by a surface of the cylinder (1) and on the other side by the sheet metal sleeve. The sheet metal sleeve is formed in a bulging manner such that a plurality of bulges (5) respectively defines part of the flow region for the coolant. Once the sheet metal sleeve has been joined to the cylinder, it is shaped by a pressurised fluid to form the interlinked flow regions. The bulging design of the temperature-controlling region and the circulation of a coolant therein on the outer surface of the cylinder assists the thermal process control during the laser cladding.
