Abstract

Method for operating a flap arrangement of a vehicle. A control arrangement for activating a drive arrangement assigned to the flap arrangement and a distance sensor coupled to the control arrangement are provided. Sensor values relating to actions of people outside the motor vehicle are detected by the distance sensor. The detected sensor values are checked by the control arrangement for the fulfillment of predetermined operator action criteria. An approach criterion is predetermined, which relates to the observance of a predetermined approach movement of the detected person into a predetermined detection region. A gesture criterion is predetermined, which relates to the observance of a predetermined relative movement of a body part of the detected person relative to the rest of the person in a predetermined triggering region. The fulfillment of the approach criterion and gesture criterion is defined as a prerequisite for at least one of the valid operator actions.

Abstract

An adjustable air deflector actuator assembly is disclosed herein. The adjustable air deflector actuator assembly enables control over an air deflector's position, transitioning between non-deployed and deployed states. Components of the actuator assembly include a rotational bracket, a dynamic linear drive, and a response link arm. The bracket, attached to the vehicle, rotates about an axis to govern the air deflector's position. The linear drive, composed of fixed and translating portions, couples to the bracket and the vehicle, while the link arm connects to the air deflector and the bracket, allowing for precise positioning.

Abstract

A spindle drive for a closure element of a vehicle is provided, wherein the spindle drive has a spindle/spindle nut mechanism, which has a spindle and a spindle nut meshing therewith for generating linear drive movements along a geometric spindle axis between a spindle-side drive connection and a spindle nut-side drive connection for channeling the drive movements, wherein the spindle is axially movably guided in a spindle guide tube which is axially fixedly connected to the spindle nut for conjoint rotation and which is axially fixedly coupled to the spindle nut-side drive connection. It is proposed that the spindle nut is axially inserted over its entire length into a portion of the spindle guide tube that is formed in such a way as to be in form-fitting engagement with the spindle nut in both directions along the geometric spindle axis and in the circumferential direction around the geometric spindle axis.

Abstract

A method for operating an adjustment system for an interior of a motor vehicle, wherein the adjustment system has motor-adjustable interior elements, which are adjustable between different configurations by respective drive arrangements with actuators via adjustment kinematics, wherein a control arrangement is provided, by which the drive arrangements are activated in an adjustment routine in order to adjust the motor-adjustable interior elements from an initial configuration into an end configuration via the adjustment kinematics. The control arrangement has an obstacle representation of objects in the interior for collision testing during the adjustment. A path planning routine is carried out by the control arrangement, in which a collision-free adjustment path from the initial configuration into the end configuration is determined on the basis of a kinematics model of the adjustment kinematics and of the obstacle representation, and that the activation in the adjustment routine is carried out by the control arrangement.

Abstract

The invention relates to a drive for the adjustment of an adjustment element (2) of a motor vehicle, the drivetrain (3) of which comprises a drive motor (4) and a feed gear (8) for producing drive movements between two drive connections (9, 10), wherein: the drive motor (4), together with the motor shaft (5) on one side, and the input-side feed gear component (6) on the other side, each form a train component of the drivetrain (3); a torque of the motor shaft (5) is transmissible via additional train components to the input-side feed gear component (6); a speed reduction gear (15) is connected downstream of the drive motor (4); the input-side and the output-side reduction gear component (13, 14) form some of the additional train components; the input-side reduction gear component (13) is torque-transmittingly coupled or couplable to the motor shaft (5) and the output-side reduction gear component (14) is torque-transmittingly coupled or couplable to the input-side feed gear component (6). According to the invention, a torque can be generated in each of two opposing directions of rotation of the motor shaft (5) by the drive motor (4), and an axial force is thus exerted on the motor shaft (5) towards the drive motor (4) in the two directions of rotation, which axial force is generated at least substantially by a torque-transmitting interaction of at least two of the train components.

Abstract

A window lifter assembly for an adjustable windowpane of a motor vehicle has a guide rail and a driver with a connecting leg and two driver legs connected by the connecting leg. Between the two driver legs is a receptacle gap for the adjustable windowpane. The two driver legs include a first driver leg configured to mount and guide the driver on the guide rail and a second driver leg being elastically displaceable in relation to the first driver leg and has a latching element which protrudes into the receptacle gap. When inserting the adjustable windowpane into the receptacle gap of the driver the latching element engages in a pane-proximal latching opening of the windowpane. The driver further has a resting contour on which the second driver leg is supported as a result of a tensile force acting on the latching element by way of the adjustable windowpane in a closing direction or a closed position of the adjustable windowpane.
