Disclosed by the present invention is a method for preparing a dispersed emerald blue dye, comprising the following steps: 1. blending a dye monomer or a finished dye and an additive, a blended mixed dye comprising a dye monomer A represented by formula (I) in a mass fraction of 0.1-75%, and a dye monomer B represented by formula (II) in a mass fraction of 0.1-75%, the remainder being the additive; (I), (II); 2. adding an appropriate amount of water and grinding until evenly dispersed; 3. spray drying. A dye prepared by using the described method has the advantages of a high dye uptake rate, good washing fastness, excellent fastness, little heat-resistant migration, high strength and a relatively cheap price.

Disclosed in the present invention is a dispersed dark blue dye preparation method, comprising the following steps: 1) mixing dye monomers or finished dye with an auxiliary agent, the mixed dye after mixing comprising dye monomer A as shown in formula (I) having a mass fraction of 0.1-70%, dye monomer C as shown in formula (III) having a mass fraction of 0.1-15%, and the remaining mass being the auxiliary agent; in formula (I), R=CH3 or CH2CH3; and in formula (III), R1=CL or Br and R2=COCH3 or OCOCH3; 2) adding an appropriate amount of water to grind until the dispersion is uniform; and 3) spray-drying. The dye prepared using the present method has the advantages of a high dyeing rate, good washing fastness, excellent fastness, low thermal migration resistance, high strength, and relatively low price.

ENERGY-SAVING AND EMISSION-REDUCING HIGH-STRENGTH LIQUID DISPERSE DYE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present invention relates to an energy-saving and emission-reducing high-strength liquid disperse dye, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The liquid disperse dye is applicable to the dyeing of fabrics, and in particular, dyeing and printing of Dacron and blended fabrics thereof. The liquid disperse dye comprises, based on the total weight of the liquid disperse dye, the following components: 36%-50% of one or more disperse dye crude dyes in percentage by weight, 4.1%-11% of an auxiliary in percentage by weight, and 45%-55% of water in percentage by weight. The weight ratio of the auxiliary to the disperse dye crude dye is 0.1-0.25:1. The liquid disperse dye has the advantages of low price, energy saving and emission reduction, high dye strength, good fluidity, precipitation prevention, light coloration of dye residues, low COD, and excellent fastness properties.
