Abstract

A direct lubricating structure for a ring spinning technology belongs to the technical field of ring spinning, is applicable to all ring spinning machines and comprises a steel collar body (1). A steel collar runway (2) is arranged at the upper part of the steel collar body (1), the lower part of the steel collar body is fixed on a steel collar plate (4), the steel collar body (1) is provided with an oil transportation passage (5) communicated with the steel collar runway (2), an oil transportation core (6) is arranged in the oil transportation passage (5), an oil storage box (7) for containing lubricating oil (8) is arranged in match with the oil transportation core (6), a self-locking seal opening (9) is formed on the oil storage box (7), one end of the oil transportation core (6) is immersed in the lubricating oil (8) in the oil storage box (7), and the other end of the oil transportation core extends into the oil transportation passage (5) by penetrating through the self-locking seal opening (9). For the direct lubricating structure for the ring spinning technology, lubricating oil enters the contact surface of the steel collar and a steel wire ring when ring spinning runs at a high speed, thereby reducing the friction force between the steel collar and the steel wire ring, prolonging the service life of the steel collar and the steel wire ring, stabilizing the product quality and improving the spinning speed.
