Abstract

A broad-band low-loss magnesium-zinc ferrite magnetic material consists of main components and additives. The main components comprise 52-54mol% of Fe2O3, 38-42.5mol% of MnO and the balance of ZnO. The additives include a first additive component, a second additive component and a third additive component, wherein the first additive component is one or a combination of 0.15-0.25wt% of CaCO3 and 0.05-0.15wt% of SiO2; the second additive component is one or a combination of 0.10-0.20wt% of TiO2 and 0.20-0.4wt% of Co2O3; and the third additive component is one or a combination of 0.05-0.10wt% of Nb2O5, 0.08-0.20wt% of Ta2O5 and 0.20-0.35wt% of NiO.
