Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing grape wine vinegar and grape wine vinegar using same and, more particularly, to a method for preparing grape wine vinegar and grape wine vinegar using same, wherein, by undergoing an aging process after alcoholic fermentation using grapes and yeast and acetic fermentation by inoculating grape wine with a vinegar starter, the grape wine vinegar is not only good for the body due to the organic acids and antioxidant components as well as ether components in grapes, but also has an excellent taste and flavor.
