Abstract

The present patent application relates to improving the process of pyrolytic decomposition of tyres, polymers or similar, with a view to raising productivity and, principally, maintaining the physical integrity of workers by eliminating manual procedures through the use of the pyrolysis reactor (1) provided with an automatic door (9) and automatic charging and discharging system (13). After the installation of such apparatus into the pyrolytic recycling process, the technology used becomes fully automated, limiting the manual work required of workers to merely insert the materials for recycling into the storage vessel(s). Similarly, it is possible to monitor and to control the entire process in an exclusive area, with no manual contact with the apparatus, thereby avoiding unforeseen circumstances arising through human failure and raising process reliability.
