Abstract
A molding apparatus provided with a transfer capable of transferring a heavy-weight mold clamping device. The molding apparatus that molds a molded product, includes: a mold clamping device clamping a parison extruded from an extruder to obtain a molded body, a transfer rail to support the mold clamping device in a transferable manner, and an electric cylinder to transfer the mold clamping device along the transfer rail. The mold clamping device includes first and second platens for holding a die, and a clamping drive unit for driving the first and second platens closer to or separated from each other, the electric cylinder includes a motor having an output shaft and a feed screw mechanism that converts the rotary motion of the output shaft into a linear motion.

Abstract
Provided is a molding device comprising a transfer means capable of transferring a heavy mold-clamping device. According to the present invention, provided is a molding device for molding a molded body. The molding device comprises: a mold-clamping device for mold-clamping a parison that has been extruded from an extrusion device to obtain a molded article; a transfer rail for supporting the mold-clamping device so as to allow for transfer; and an electric cylinder for transferring the mold-clamping device along the transfer rail. The mold-clamping device comprises a first and second platen for retaining a mold, and a mold-clamping driving means for causing the first and second platens to move closer and separate apart. The electric cylinder comprises a motor having an output shaft and a lead screw mechanism for converting rotating motion of the output shaft to rectilinear motion, and further comprises at least one of configurations (1) and (2). (1) The motor is a brake motor having a brake, the brake making it possible to brake rotation of the output shaft. (2) A clutch is provided, the clutch being enabled to switch between a state for connecting the output shaft and the lead screw mechanism and a state where the connection between the output shaft and the lead screw mechanism has been loosened.

Abstract
Provided is a molding machine configured to realize space saving and simplification of a hydraulic circuit. The molding machine is configured to form a molded body by injecting a molten resin between first and second molds, which are configured to be openable and closable, and closing the first and second molds to hold pressure while a parison is arranged, the molding machine comprising: a hydraulic circuit through which oil that generates hydraulic pressure flows, and a flow rate regulating valve, a pressure regulating valve and a routing control valve that are included in the hydraulic circuit. Each hydraulic mechanism performing at least said injection, opening and closing, and pressure holding is driven by the hydraulic pressure, the flow rate regulating valve adjusts the flow rate of the oil, the pressure regulating valve adjusts the hydraulic pressure, the routing control valve determines the flow route of the oil in the hydraulic circuit, and the flow rate regulating valve, the pressure regulating valve, and the routing control valve are accommodated in a multi-functional valve unit integrally including the valves.
