Abstract

Disclosed is a safety device for a disposable circumcision anastomat, comprising a safety block (5), a sleeve (6), a push block (4), a balanus cover (1) and an adjustment screw (7), wherein a top slot (6-1) is provided on the sleeve (6), a square slot (4-1) is provided on the push block (4), a short pipe is provided at the back of the balanus cover (1), a scale (1-1) is provided on the short pipe, internal threads are provided inside the short pipe, the balanus cover (1) is mounted in a needle cartridge sheath (2), the short pipe provided at the back of the balanus cover (1) is connected to the adjustment screw (7), the back end of the needle cartridge sheath (2) is connected to the front end of the sleeve (6), the push block (4) is mounted in the sleeve (6), the safety block (5) is mounted in the top slot (6-1) on the sleeve (6), and the safety block (5) is jammed and inserted in the square slot (4-1) on the push block (4) through the top slot (6-1) on the sleeve (6). The safety block (5) has a safety inserting block (5-1) and a handle (5-2) is provided at the upper part of the safety inserting block (5-1). The safety device has a reasonable design, a simple structure, is convenient to use, and can effectively prevent mistakenly firing when an operator is operating the device; and the device can be adjusted to the best firing state via the scale (1-1) at the rear end of the balanus cover (1) and then the operator may fire, thus reducing the requirements of the surgical experience of the operator and improving the success rate of the surgery.

Abstract

Disclosed is a disposable circumcision anastomat suturing nail (1). The suturing nail (1) uses a titanium alloy nail, being U-shaped as a whole, wherein the cross section (2) is rectangular and has a width D of 0.04-0.3 mm and a length L of 0.4-1.5 mm. After forming, the suturing nail (1) is as shown in figure (I) below, and after forming, the gap height H is 0.4-0.6 mm. The disposable circumcision anastomat suturing nail (1) is rationally designed, can be used with a disposable circumcision anastomat as a whole set and is convenient to use. Since the contact surface of the suturing nail (1) and the tissue is increased, and it is close to the tissue thickness after forming, tissue bleeding will be greatly reduced, and the wound will thereby heal well. The suturing nail (1) can automatically fall off and requires no dismantling of the nail, and this reduces the workload of the operator and pain for the patient, thus preventing secondary injury of the patient due to the dismantling of the nail.
