Abstract
A cutting-type dry rice washing device according to the present invention is a cutting-type dry rice washing device including: a hopper (220) into which white rice is input; a conveying screw (260) for conveying, from the hopper (220), white rice input thereto; a wash-free rice processing unit (280) for finely cutting a surface of white rice conveyed from the conveying screw (260) and separating and removing residual rice bran attached to the surface of the white rice. According to the cutting-type dry rice washing device, during a wash-free rice processing process, a cutting amount of a surface of white rice is appropriately maintained, and also residual rice bran is surely removed; white rice input before and after the wash-free rice processing process are not mixed so that the quality of the processed wash-free rice is improved; abrasives or absorbents are not used so that the configuration of the device is simple; and the processing efficiency of wash-free rice is improved.

Abstract

Abstract
The present invention relates to a ceramic cutting teeth-dovetailed cutting device of a cutting-type rice milling machine. In general, a cutting tool is used to cut outer bran of brown rice in a cutting-type rice milling machine. Here, the cutting tool is configured of a combined body in which cutting rings and spacer rings are alternately combined, and the cutting rings have a ring shape with a uniform thickness and have an outer circumference on which gear-shaped trapezoidal cutting teeth are formed to cut outer bran of brown rice by edge portions of the cutting teeth such that white rice is produced. More specifically, the invention relates to a cutting device used in a rice milling machine, the cutting device having a configuration in which a main cutting-device body is dovetailed with cutting teeth.

Abstract
In general, rice is processed in the following processes: rice procured from paddy fields is processed into brown rice through a dehusking process (operation of removing husks from rice); the brown rice is processed into white rice (simply referred to as rice) through a whitening process (operation of removing surface layers from the brown rice); and the rice is supplied to consumers. The machine used for the whitening process (that is, machine for processing brown rice into white rice) is referred to as a "rice mill". Existing whitening technologies for white rice processing commonly use friction after grinding. More specifically, small scratches are made on brown rice grains, which are then processed by causing friction against each other, and white rice is produced by treating surfaces of the white rice grains in a wet polishing type (three-consecutive-step rice-polishing processing technology). The present invention relates to a metal mesh having a rice-polishing function and a rice mill. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology wherein, in connection with a cutting-type rice mill, a polishing metal mesh is coupled to the rear end of a rice-polishing metal mesh coupled to the outside of a rice-polishing blade of an existing rice mill, thereby developing a rice mill metal mesh having a rice-polishing function and a rice mill comprising same, which are aimed at performing a rice-milling function and dry rice-polishing function through a single process, thereby producing high-quality rice used as a staple food.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a cutting tool of a cutting-type rice-polishing machine, wherein ceramic cutting teeth are fitted onto the cutting tool. Generally, a cutting tool is used in a cutting-type rice-polishing machine in order to cut the outer portion of unpolished rice, and the cutting tool is an assembly of alternating cutting rings and spacer rings. Each of the cutting rings has a ring shape of a constant thickness and gear-shaped trapezoidal cutting teeth formed on the outer circumference thereof, and polished rice is produced by cutting the outer portion of the unpolished rice with end edge portions of the cutting teeth. Abstract
The present invention relates to a cutting ring assembly for a rice mill in which a spacing ring including at least one or more inducing protrusions is alternately disposed between cutting rings to smoothly and forcibly transfer rice grains in the direction of a discharge hole of the rice mill without damaging the rice grains. The cutting ring assembly for the rice mill according to the present invention includes a support shaft having a hollow cylindrical shape and in which at least one key groove is formed in each of an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface in a longitudinal direction, a plurality of cutting rings coupled to the support shaft, and a plurality of spacing rings coupled to the support shaft and disposed between the cutting rings. Also, the cutting rings have a ring shape having a predetermined thickness and a plurality of channel-shaped cutting passages, which connect both side surfaces of the ring to each other so that rice bran is cut while the rice grains pass therethrough, in an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a key groove connection protrusion formed in an inner circumferential surface thereof is inserted and coupled to the key groove formed in the outer circumferential surface of the support shaft. Also, the spacing rings have a ring shape having a predetermined thickness and includes at least one inducing protrusion in an outer circumferential surface of the spacing ring, and a key groove connection protrusion formed in an inner circumferential surface of the spacing ring is inserted and coupled to the key groove formed in the outer circumferential surface of the support shaft.
