Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of quality measurement of traditional Chinese medicines, and relates to a qualitative and quantitative measurement method for Xiasangju granules. In the qualitative measurement method, thin layer chromatography is used, simultaneous measurement of three traditional Chinese medicines, i.e., Spica Prunellae, Folium Mori, and Flos Chrysanthemi Indici, is achieved on the same thin layer plate, and specific index components of the three traditional Chinese medicines are recognized, such that identification steps are simplified, and the identification efficiency is improved; and in the quantitative measurement method, ultra-performance liquid chromatography is used in combination with double-internal-reference quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker, chlorogenic acid and rosmarinic acid are taken as internal reference substances, and the contents of neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, salviaflaside, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A, rosmarinic acid, and linarin in the Xiasangju granules are simultaneously measured, such that the measurement cost is saved. The method is simple, efficient, accurate and stable, and has wide application prospects.
