The present invention relates to a zeolite treatment apparatus using a zeolite mixed solution, the apparatus comprising: a water tank containing a mixed solution containing zeolite powder; a conveying part which includes a roller arranged in the water tank and conveys a raw fabric so that the raw fabric is immersed in the mixed solution in the water tank for a predetermined immersion time; and a plurality of side vibration generating parts, which are arranged on a side surface of the water tank, generate a vibration wave toward the raw fabric immersed in the water tank, and move and attach the zeolite powder in the mixed solution to the raw fabric. The plurality of side vibration generating parts arranged in the apparatus can maximize the efficiency of attaching zeolite to a raw fabric immersed in a mixed solution. Therefore, the present invention can shorten the time required for a raw fabric to be immersed in a mixed solution at an equal attachment rate and thus reduce the manufacturing time. Accordingly, the present invention allows a water tank to be made in small size, thereby reducing the volume of the manufacturing facility. Furthermore, the present invention can freely control the attachment rate of zeolite by selectively operating the plurality of vibration generating parts in identical manufacturing facilities.

NOZZLE EJECTION-TYPE ZEOLITE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SAME
The present invention relates to a nozzle ejection-type zeolite processing device and a method for the same. Particularly, the nozzle ejection-type zeolite processing device according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a transfer unit for transferring fabric; an ejection nozzle for ejecting atomized zeolite towards the fabric; and a pair of attachment rollers for attaching the ejected zeolite to the fabric. The device is advantageous in that, by ejecting atomized zeolite to fabric that is transferred at a constant rate and attaching the zeolite to the fabric using the attachment rollers as if rubbing the fabric, the zeolite can be distributed evenly concurrent with attachment to the surface of the fabric, and the directivity of zeolite particles can be adjusted in the rotating direction of the attachment rollers. In addition, this process can be added as a part of a series of processes for fireproofing or coating of the fabric, without adding a separate process, thereby reducing the time and steps of processes and improving the process efficiency.
