Abstract
An electric blower and a cleaning apparatus are provided. The electric blower includes a shell assembly, a wind cover, a rotary impeller and a diffuser. A stator assembly and a rotor assembly are provided inside the shell assembly. The wind cover is connected to the shell assembly. The rotary impeller is located inside the wind cover, and is connected to a rotating shaft of the rotor assembly. The diffuser is arranged at the end of the shell assembly, which faces the wind cover, and is located between the rotary impeller and the shell assembly. An outer wall of the shell assembly is provided with a cylindrical portion. Multiple circumferentially distributed mounting support legs are provided at the end of the cylindrical portion, which faces away from the wind cover. The mounting legs are used to fit with an assembly structure of a cleaning apparatus.

By means of the method, anti-interference processing can be performed after an interference signal is detected, thereby avoiding the influence of the interference signal on a testing result of a zero-crossing signal, and thus also weakening the influence of the interference signal on a closed-loop switching operation, so that an electric motor can switch to a closed-loop stage more reliably, and in particular, the starting reliability of the electric motor in a strong magnetic field environment is enhanced.

The stator tooth axially pass through the stator yoke slot and/or the stator projection to form a stator core. A first fan blade is arranged at an end of the first rotating shaft to rotate the first fan blade when the first rotating shaft rotates.

The rotor iron core (10) is provided with a magnet recess (102) and a rotating shaft hole (101); the permanent magnet (20) is provided in the magnet recess (102); the rotating shaft (30) is provided in the rotating shaft hole (101); a gap is formed between the rotating shaft (30) and the rotor iron core (10); a first end and a second end of the rotating shaft (30) extend out of the rotating shaft hole (101); the first end vibration damping member (61) is provided on a first end face of the rotor iron core (10) and connected to the rotor iron core (10); a transmission piece is provided in the first end vibration damping member (61); the first transmission piece (51) mates with the rotating shaft (30); the rotor iron core (10) at least drives the rotating shaft (30) by means of the first end vibration damping member (61) and the first transmission piece (51). According to the rotor assembly (100), the material amount of the vibration damping member is large, the noise reduction and vibration damping effects are good, and reliability is high.

Abstract
The present application provides a motor rotor position detection method, a device, and a motor controller. The method comprises: after a first interference signal having a frequency f is injected into a motor drive loop, acquiring, from a drive current, a positive-sequence current component having a frequency of f and a negative-sequence current component having a frequency of f1, wherein f1 is less than f; acquiring a current drive current feedback value; determining a current reference coefficient value according to the current drive current feedback value; determining a current offset angle according to the current reference coefficient value, an amplitude of the positive-sequence current component having a frequency of f, and an amplitude of the negative-sequence current component having a frequency of f1; and determining a current position of a motor rotor according to the current offset angle. The method determines an offset angle of a rotor of a motor rotor according to an injected interference signal and a drive current feedback value of the motor, and in turn determines a position of the rotor of the motor by means of the offset angle, thereby improving accuracy of rotor position detection.

The rotary electric motor (10) is provided with a first bearing seat (41), a second bearing seat (42) and a plurality of supporting rods (43) to form a supporting frame (40), such that the coaxiality between the first bearing seat (41) and the second bearing seat (42) is guaranteed, accordingly, the coaxiality between a first bearing (23) and a second bearing (24) is guaranteed and an accumulated assembly tolerance is reduced; and the outer diameter of a permanent magnet (22) is set to be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the second bearing (24), and the outer diameter of the first bearing (23) is set to be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the permanent magnet (22), thus, a rotor (20) can be integrally installed on the supporting frame (40) to facilitate assembly, and the dynamic balance of the rotor (20) can be better adjusted and calibrated, such that the working performance and reliability of the rotary electric motor (10) can be guaranteed.
