Abstract

A device for producing a printed product comprises: a starting material feed mechanism; a printing device; a device for cutting the material into semifinished products which is equipped with blades; die-cutting machines enabling the production of bases and semifinished products; and an adhesive-bonding apparatus, which enables the application of adhesive layers so as to produce a tacky material. The device also comprises varnishing apparatuses and is also equipped with die cutters having a cutting contour which is produced by chemical etching and laser annealing and enabling the production of semifinished products with a complex configuration and through-cutting of up to 60 cuts per 2.54 cm, said device also comprising a cutting device and die-cutting machines for the tacky material, devices for producing a transparent screen, a picking device and a receiving and collecting device for combining all of said elements. The technical result consists in increasing productivity and improving the quality of the finished product.
