Abstract

The present invention relates to a textile preprocessing device. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a textile preprocessing device wherein preprocessing liquid spray nozzles for spraying a coating liquid to be sprayed onto a textile are adjusted vertically along vertical shafts and horizontally along a horizontal shaft to evenly spray the coating liquid within a spray range. The textile preprocessing device comprises: a frame; a conveying unit disposed on the frame to provide a conveying force, thereby allowing a textile to be introduced from one side of the conveying unit and discharged from the other side of the conveying unit; and a spray unit disposed above the conveying unit so as to spray a preprocessing liquid onto the textile being conveyed, wherein the spray unit comprises: multiple preprocessing liquid spray nozzles, each of which has a horizontal coupling unit formed at the rear side thereof; a horizontal shaft to which the horizontal coupling unit is coupled, and a horizontal rotation means for rotating the horizontal shaft; vertical coupling units coupled to both ends of the horizontal shaft; vertical shafts to which the vertical coupling units are fixed; and vertical rotation means for rotating the vertical shafts.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a textile pretreatment apparatus, and the objective of the present invention is to enable the location of a spray nozzle to be freely changed so that a pretreatment solution can be sprayed according to the type, pretreatment location, size and the like of textiles, and thus general usability for a pretreatment process is expanded and a rapid pretreatment process is performed to improve the overall efficiency of the pretreatment process. To this end, the present invention comprises: a main body; a transfer part provided in the main body to provide transfer force so that textile enters and is discharged in one direction; and a spray part provided in the main body to spray the pretreatment solution at the textile transferred through the transfer part, wherein the spray part comprises: a spray nozzle that can spray the pretreatment solution at the textile; a plurality of lifting/lowering rails, which lift/lower the spray nozzle to adjust the height of the distance thereof to the textile, and thus adjust the spray width of the pretreatment solution through the spray nozzle, and which are provided at one side of the main body at predetermined intervals to support the nozzle so that the width, range, and location of the pretreatment solution sprayed at the textile can be freely adjusted overall; and a storage container for storing the pretreatment solution so that the pretreatment solution can be supplied to the spray nozzle.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a high-speed color formation apparatus for cloth. The purpose of the present invention is to enhance color formation efficiency of cloth through expansion of a heat conduction area and prevent migration in a color formation process by forming a heat generation part including a heater which is between a winding drum and an unwinding drum in a triangular sectional shape.
