Abstract

A microorganism sampling device that has exceptional maintenance properties with a simple and compact configuration has a head part having a water supply flow path configured to be connectable to water supply piping for supplying sample water, a housing part in which the head part is removably attached to an upper part thereof, a cylinder having a frame structure, a cylindrical filter installed within the cylinder, a cup that is in communication with the cylindrical filter and is attached to one end of the cylinder, and a cap that has a flow path in communication with the cylindrical filter and is attached to the other end of the cylinder. Furthermore, there is provided a filter part accommodated in the housing part and in which the bottom part of the cup is supported by the bottom part of the housing part. Attaching the head part to the upper part of the housing part allows the flow path of the cap to be in communication with the water supply flow path of the head part and makes it possible to supply sample water, which is supplied from the water supply flow path of the head part, into the cylindrical filter of the filter part.
