Abstract

According to the present invention, a post-it type performance management diary system comprises: an inner paper set comprising monthly or daily schedule notes of a certain period and extra paper; a post-it note comprising a cover in which a plurality of post-it groups enabling note taking are adhered to one surface of the cover and the other surface covers the plurality of post-it groups; an accommodating means comprising a cover and having a fixing portion enabling insertion of the inner paper set in the middle thereof; and a bookmark formed so as to be inserted into the fixing portion of the accommodation means, in which a plurality of areas are displayed to allow the post-it to be aligned and adhered. Therefore, it is possible to have the function of a bookmark and to grasp schedule, progress state and performance at a glance by comprising a bookmark on which daily or weekly schedule-recorded post-its can be adhered by importance and progress stage between daily schedule papers.
