Abstract
A friction plate group, adjustable along the axial height thereof. Also disclosed is a rotary damper (100) comprising the friction plate group (140). The friction plate group (140) is variable along the axial height and has different heights during forward rotation and reverse rotation, the friction force being different from a first driven friction plate (131) and a second driven friction plate (132) during forward rotation and reverse rotation, and can thereby produce different damping. When the rotary damper is used on a trunk tailgate, the load of a motor during forward rotation and reverse rotation is also not the same, and therefore the load of the motor during forward rotation and reverse rotation is different, reducing the performance requirements of the motor, and saving costs.

Abstract
A flocked spring, comprising a spring body (1), an anti-rust coating, and a flocked coating (2) on the outer surface of the spring. The anti-rust coating is provided on the surface of the spring body, and the flocked coating (2) on the outer surface of the spring is provided on an outer layer of the anti-rust coating. The outer surface of the spring is flocked and the side surface is avoided from flocking, so that the longitudinal solid height of the spring is reduced, an electric tailgate system with a small space can also use the flocked spring, and the problem of noise is solved. A circular steel wire is replaced with an oval or goose-egg-shaped steel wire (3), so that the longitudinal solid height of the spring is reduced. An electrophoretic coating (4) is replaced with a zinc aluminum micro-sheet coating (7), so that the anti-rust capability is improved, and environmental pollution is reduced.

Abstract
A spring surface flocking method, comprising the following steps: S1: feeding the material: using a hook (2) to secure a spring above a conveyor chain, the spring entering a production line with the conveyor chain; S2: electrostatic spraying: the spring enters an automatic production line with the conveyor chain; S3: electrostatic flocking: the spring enters an electrostatic flocking chamber for flocking after being sprayed with adhesive; S4: curing: the spring entering a drying apparatus for drying after flocking; S5: removing excess fluff: the spring passes through a brush and compressed air is used to blow the spring surface to remove excess fluff on the spring surface; and S6: discharging the material: extracting the spring after flocking and placing into packaging. The present method is suitable for round, oval, and cobble shaped steel wire springs, and is suitable for coating surfaces such as electrophoretic coating and zinc-aluminum coating. The present method uses electrostatic flocking, fluff being implanted into the adhesive by means of electrostatic adsorption, and the fluff having high fastness after curing.

Abstract
A device for flocking a surface of a spring comprises a loading component (1), an adhesive spraying component (2), a flocking component (3), an oven (4), an unloading component (5), and a conveying chain (6). The conveying chain (6) sequentially passes through the adhesive spraying component (2), the flocking component (3) and the oven (4). The loading component (1) is provided with a rotation mechanism. The rotation mechanism drives a spring to rotate, such that the spring is hung on a hook. The flocking component (3) comprises a static electricity generation device, a flock transfer device, a guide rail, and a flock transfer tube. The device can be operated without any manual intervention, thereby maximally ensuring operation consistency and stability, and enabling mass industrial production of flocked springs.
