Several bolt through holes corresponding to the fixing holes on the gear cover are provided evenly on the sealing pad and the sealing gland cover. U-shaped grooves corresponding to the bolt through holes are provided on the adjusting pad, the sealing ring, and the sealing gland. Bolts fix the sealing mechanism to the outside of the gear cover. The push-pull mechanism (11) pushes the push plate (12) to reciprocate in the inclined push-pull portion (21) to push dust entering from the dust inlet (211) at the top of the L-shaped valve body (2) into the dust discharge outlet portion (22) inclining downwards, and the automatic dust discharge gate (3) opens, thus realising automatic dust discharge in a reciprocating manner. The dust discharge valve does not block easily, thus increasing the dust discharge speed.

Abstract

A vertical mill grinding disc capable of automatically expelling a metal impurity has a stepped hole (3) extending through a grinding disc (1) and a material-blocking ring (2) and stops at an upper spigot of the material-blocking ring (2). The material-blocking ring is disposed above the grinding disc. A pluggable metal impurity outlet pin (4) is placed in the stepped hole. The grinding disc is also provided with an air passage (5). A material-scraping plate (6) is arranged above the air passage. The material-scraping plate extends into the air passage to scrap an expelled difficult-to-grind material (10) in the stepped hole out of the vertical mill. Also provided is a method using a vertical mill grinding disc to expel a difficult-to-grind material. Upon using a vertical mill to grind a difficult-to-grind material, a stepped hole is opened, such that the difficult-to-grind material acted upon by a centrifugal force is distributed to an inner diameter position of a material-blocking ring. When moving in a circumferential direction, the material passes through the stepped hole to fall in an air passage, and is expelled from the vertical mill by means of a material scraping plate, thereby extending service lives of a grinding disc and a grinding roller.

Abstract

Provided is a novel grinding roller sealing device having a combined double seal, arranged at a connection port (10) of a rocker arm (1) of a grinding roller (9) and a housing (2). The sealing device comprises a plurality of sealing rubber strips (3), a sealing door (4), a flexible seal (5), and a curved sealing frame (6). The curved sealing frame (6) is sleeved around the rocker arm (1). A curved surface of one end of the curved sealing frame (6) faces the connection port (10) and is fixedly connected to the rocker arm (1), and the other end of the curved sealing frame (6) is connected to the edge of the sealing door (4) via the flexible seal (5). The sealing door (4) and the curved sealing frame (6) are made of hard materials. The sealing door (4), the flexible seal (5), and the curved sealing frame (6) form an external sealed space (11). The sealing device uses a combination of two seals, a curved seal and flexible seal, thereby ensuring that an air leakage rate is reduced from 7% to approximately 2% regardless of the amplitude to which the grinding roller is lifted when in operation, ensures stable operation of the grinder, and improves product fineness.
