Abstract
The invention relates to a cell-based method of identifying one or more enzyme variants that produces an increased level of a ketone. The method of the invention involves incubating cells comprising a vector encoding one or more enzyme variants with para-methox-2-amino benzamidoxime, measuring the signal emitted and comparing the signal to cells comprising a vector encoding a reference enzyme. A system for identifying one or more enzyme variants, and genetically engineered enzyme variants that produce increased levels of a ketone are also disclosed.

Abstract
This two-stage ejector comprises a body (16) comprising: - a compressed air intake (E); - a compressed air injection nozzle (17) placed downstream of the air intake; - a central duct (18); and - an outlet mixer (19). The injection nozzle (17), the central duct (18) and the outlet mixer (19) are disposed along an axis (X-X') of the ejector so that the ends of the axial duct are respectively spaced apart from the nozzle and from the mixer so as to form a first and a second suction zone (23, 25) that communicates with a single common air suction chamber (21).

Abstract
This ball throwing device, in particular for a rugby ball, comprises a frame (B) and a tee (3) that receives a ball to be thrown mounted on the frame, and impact leg (5) mounted so as to pivot on the frame, an actuator (14) acting on the impact leg so as to propel it towards the tee from a cocked position and a cocking device (9) that is suitable for cocking the impact leg, said actuator comprising an element (15) for storing and releasing mechanical energy. It comprises a removable member (7) for locking the impact leg in the cocked position, the cocking device comprising an element (30) for releasing the locking member of the impact leg.
