Provided by the present invention are a building module and a connecting structure thereof. The connecting structure comprises a connecting cone, a fastener and a fixing part. The connecting cone comprises a cone head, a rotating part and a limiting part arranged in sequence. The cone head is used to cooperate with a positioning hole. The rotating part is rotatably connected to the cone head, and the rotating part may pass through an installation hole. The limiting part and the cone head are fixedly connected, so that the limiting part can rotate until same may pass through the installation hole, or rotates until the limiting part is unable to pass through the installation hole. The connecting cone has an inner cavity that penetrates from the top part of the cone head to the bottom part of the limiting part. The fastener comprises a screw rod and a baffle provided on the top part of the screw rod. The screw rod may be inserted into the inner cavity of the connecting cone. The fixing part is fixed to the bottom at the inner part of a column, and the fixing part is provided with a through hole. The connecting cone passes through the installation hole of the building module located on a lower layer. The limiting part rotates to be limited in the column. The cone head passes through the installation hole, and passes through and is arranged in the positioning hole of the building module located on an upper layer. The screw rod passes through the through hole, and is inserted into the inner cavity of the connecting cone to achieve connection with the connecting cone.
