Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing an evaluation system pertaining to a person's conduct, a person's ability, a company, or a matter, the evaluation system making it possible to: distinguish, in an accurate and step-by-step manner, the level of understanding, proficiency, achievement, and usefulness of a person being evaluated or a person carrying out an evaluation with respect to an evaluation matter; and subdivide the evaluation matter into three or more question matters to thereby realize an accurate evaluation of an evaluation object. An evaluation point sequence assessment unit 14 assesses whether, as pertains to an evaluation matter stored in a storage unit 13, evaluation points are arranged in the sequence of question matters. On the basis of the assessment result, a boundary, etc., assessment unit 15 assesses that the ranking of a question matter for which the evaluation deviates from the ranking sequence of the question matters, or an evaluation point of this ranking, is an abnormal ranking, an abnormal point, or a boundary in the level of understanding, proficiency, achievement, or usefulness of a person being evaluated or a person carrying out an evaluation with respect to the evaluation matter.

Abstract

A vehicle tire that has an excellent impact mitigating function to improve driving comfort of a vehicle and in which a tread section alone can be replaced. A load to the vehicle transmitted from the tread section (12) and an impact while the vehicle travels are supported by a tire's elastic support body (14) through the tread section (12), and this enhances driving comfort of the vehicle. Further, because the tread section (12) and a rim (15) are constructed as separate bodies, the tread section (12) alone can be replaced. In addition, a gap communicating with the outside is provided between the tread section (12) and a rim base (13) of awheel (11), and this allows a reduction in the amount of use of a tire material (such as a rubber material).

Abstract

A support core easily installable and suppressing damage to a tire by quickly supporting a flat tire so that the vehicle can be run since it is operated before the tire blows out and a wheel for a vehicle are provided. The support core (1) comprises bar-like arm parts (3). One end of each arm part (3) is connected to the rim (7) of the wheel (5) with a fastener (4), and the arm part (3) is tilted. The wheel (5) comprises a wheel disk (6) fixed to the vehicle and the rim (7) forming an air chamber between itself and the tire (8). The support core (1) comprises support parts (2) fitted to the other ends of the arm parts (3) and coiled springs (10) covering the entire arm parts (3). By the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rim (7), each arm part (3) is rotated around one end of the arm part (3) and raised, and the support parts (2) are moved to the tread part inner wall of the tire (8). The arm parts (3) are locked with fixing members in a radially expanded state.
