Abstract

A pillow-type packaging machine comprises a longitudinal sealing device (1) and a transverse sealing device (2), wherein the transverse sealing device (2) comprises a rotating disc (24), an annular guide rail (4) and multiple sets of knife sealing components evenly disposed on the rotating disc (24), wherein the annular guide rail (4) is sleeved onto the rotating disc (24) and perpendicular to a horizontal plane. The annular guide rail (4) comprises a gradually closing section (5) for controlling the knife sealing components to gradually close and a gradually opening section (6) for controlling the knife sealing components to gradually expand, and the gradually closing section (5) and the gradually opening section (6) are located on an upper portion and a lower portion of the annular guide rail, respectively. A material output end of the longitudinal sealing device (1) is located at a side of the gradually closing section (5). The packaging machine has an extended transverse sealing time to reduce a transverse sealing temperature, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing packaging efficiency at the same packaging speed.
