Abstract

An automatic forming machine for pulp molding product is disclosed. Through an innovative design to ensure stable rise and fall of the hot pressing lower mold, the hot forming zone is optimized. The invention has the following characteristics: On the bottom side of the hot pressing lower mold, a supporting arm is extended downward in each of the four directions. On the supporting arm, a sliding block is fixed. A penetrating hole slot is configured on a base plate at a lower position inside the working space of the hot forming zone at each of the positions corresponding to the supporting arms. The adjacent outer sides of the base plate corresponding to the supporting arms are respectively fixed with a supporting frame. The column surfaces of the supporting frame on the front and rear side are respectively connected with a supporting plate body. The supporting plate body is fixed with a guide rail. The sliding block on the supporting arm is sleeved on the guide rail, so that when the hot pressing lower mold rises or falls, the sliding block can rise or fall simultaneously along the guide rail, maintaining balanced rise and fall of the hot pressing lower mold. Thus, the hot pressing lower mold and the hot pressing upper mold can clamp correctly to enhance product quality.

Abstract

A forming structure for the internal snap ring of a pulp molded cup lid is disclosed. When manufacturing the pulp molded cup lid, the pulp suction mold sucks a pulp layer and sends it to a hot press upper mold for clamping and squeezing to shape the pulp layer into a primary blank, meanwhile producing an internal snap ring part on the primary blank. After subsequent hot pressing and shaping, the finished product of a pulp molded cup lid will have an integral internal snap ring structure. Comparing with the prior art, the present invention omits a second operation (processing), and the preparation of a mold for the second operation (processing). Therefore, the present invention can save manufacturing cost and time.

A paper pulp molded cup lid (1). The outer edge of the cup lid is provided with an annular cover edge extending downwards. The annular cover edge comprises an annular lower side wall (14) extending vertically downwards. One end of the annular lower side wall is connected to the cup lid by means of an arc-shaped sealing part (13), and the other end of the annular lower side wall is provided with a lower inclined annular side wall (15) which extends downwards and is arc-shaped. The inner side surface of the lower inclined annular side wall is provided with an arc-shaped concave surface (17). When two cup lids are stacked, a cambered concave surface of a lower inclined annular side wall of an upper cup lid is fitted to a cambered outer wall of a cambered sealing portion of a lower cup lid, such that cup lids are easily stacked in order, and are not prone to falling or moving radially.

A secondary operation and a mold for the secondary operation are not needed, so that manufacturing costs and the manufacturing time can be reduced.
