Abstract

"FIREARM IMPACT-DAMPING DEVICE", essentially a hydraulic-impact-damping device (1), for use as spring guide in the return mechanism (2) of the bolt (3) of automatic or semi-automatic weapons, with a view to dissipating the energy of said bolt (3) in the final millimetres of the recoil travel, through the action of the oil (O) contained in the body (4) of the device (1) provided with a scraper (5) at the end of the plunger (6) that distributes the oil (O) to the chambers (7 and 8) formed in the body (4) of the device (1), promoting damping and reduction of the speed of the bolt on the return of the latter.
