Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To verify appropriate execution of concrete surface protection engineering, record the same and retain the record. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A quality control tester (10) at its case (11) is stuck to each measuring point location of a concrete surface (2). In the situation of having a plate (13) housed in the case, the concrete surface is sprayed or coated with a concrete reforming material (3) from above the stuck quality control tester. Verification and control are conducted by storing of the original quality control tester or photographing of the status of color change reaction at a reaction part of the quality control tester for each measuring point location. When a predetermined amount of concrete reforming material is applied, an alkali contained in the concrete reforming material reacts with an acid contained in the reaction part to thereby induce a color change. The color change can be easily verified by visual inspection. Further, by recording the status of color change reaction and retaining the record, there can be realized elimination of the necessity of on-the-spot acceptance inspection at engineering execution, reduction of manpower and time-related costs and imparting of added value as a proof at posttest, etc.
