Abstract

Disclosed is a method for dressing hosiery (8) on a person with reduced mobility, the method comprises the steps of: placing the person with reduced mobility in a supine position on an underlying surface (2), elevating the knee (3) of a leg (4) of the person, sliding a roller support (1) in under the elevated knee (3) so that a first free-rolling roller (5) of the roller support (1) is placed substantially under the elevated knee (3) and so that a second free-rolling roller (6) of the roller support (1) is placed substantially under the calf (9) of the leg (4), wherein the first free-rolling roller (5) and the second free-rolling roller (6) are interconnected through a base (7) of the roller support (1), wherein the base (7) comprises a support face (15) resting on the underlying surface (2), lowering the knee (3) until the leg (4) rests on the first free-rolling roller (5) and the second free-rolling roller (6), and sliding or rolling the hosiery (8) onto the leg (4) so that at least a part of the hosiery (8) slides or rolls between the leg (4) and at least the second free-rolling roller (6). Furthermore, use of a method is disclosed.

Abstract

A reclining chair includes a frame and a back part with a back support slidably connected to a back frame hinged on a frame rotation point on the frame. A seat part, including a seat frame and a seat, is pivotably connected to the back frame at a chair joint. A reclining mechanism includes an arm pivot point fixed to the frame. A first arm extends from the arm pivot point to a second arm at an arm suspension point. The second arm is pivotably connected to the chair joint. When the back part reclines from an upright position, the back frame rotates, the first arm rotates, the chair joint moves towards the seat part, and a connecting arm extending from the back support and mechanically linked to the first arm and the second arm pulls the back support so the back support slides towards the seat part.

Abstract

Disclosed is a toilet chair (1) comprising a chair back (2) including a head part (3) and a bottom part (4) and a seat (5) comprising a front part (6) and a rear part (8), wherein the seat (5) further comprises a toilet opening (7) through which a user may go to the toilet. Abstract

Disclosed is a reclining chair (1) comprising a frame (2) for supporting the reclining chair (1) on an underlying surface (3), a back part (4) comprising a back support (5) slidable connected to a back frame (6), the back frame (6) being hinged on a frame rotation point (P1) on the frame (2). The reclining chair (1) also comprises a seat part (7) comprising a seat frame (8) and a seat (9), these at part (7) being pivotably connected to the back frame (6)at a chair joint (P4). A reclining mechanism (10), wherein the reclining mechanism (20) comprises an arm pivot point (P2) is fixed to the frame (2) and located behind the back frame (6). A first arm (21) extends from said arm pivot point (P2) to a second arm (22) at an arm suspension point (P3) also located behind the back frame (6), the second arm (22) being pivotably connected to the chair joint (P4). When the back part (4) is reclined backwards from an upright position to a reclined position, the back frame rotates around the frame rotation point (P1), the first arm (10) rotates around the arm pivot point (P2), the chair joint (P4) moves towards the seat part (8), a connecting arm (23) extending from the back support (5) and mechanically linked to the first arm (21) and the second arm (22) pulls the back support (5) such that the back support (5) slides in relation to the back frame (6) and towards the seat part (7).
