Abstract
A spinning-drawing-winding device for industrial polylactic-acid fiber includes a double-surface oiling mechanism, a filament shearing-suctioning device, a pre-interlacer and a splitting filament roller disposed in sequence according to a production process; a drawing-winding device cooperates with a spinning device, a tow passing from the spinning device through the double-surface oiling mechanism, the filament shearing-suctioning device, and the pre-interlacer in sequence until the tow is conveyed to the splitting filament roller; the drawing-winding device and the spinning device are configured as a parallel configuration, so that the tow between the spinning device and the splitting filament roller are arranged in a vertical direction and is tangential to the splitting filament roller, and therefore the tow is without deflection, thereby avoiding damaging the tow due to a friction caused by a higher deflection.

Abstract
The present application discloses a screw extruder, and a fiber spinning, drafting and winding combined machine for polylactic acid industry. The screw extruder comprises a screw sleeve (1-a) and a screw rod (1-b). The screw rod (1-b) comprises a feeding section (1-5d), a compression section, and a metering section (1-5a). The screw sleeve (1-a) comprises a gas collection chamber (1-3g) and an exhaust hole (1-3d). The gas collection chamber (1-3g) is formed on the inner wall of the junction of the compression section and the metering section (1-5a). Gas is collected by the gas collection chamber (1-3g), and under the control of an opening and closing valve (1-3), the gas generated by hydrolysis is intensively exhausted from the exhaust hole (1-3d), so that the gas is removed in time when melt enters the metering section (1-5a), thereby overcoming the serious adverse effect of the gas generated by hydrolysis on spinning, improving the unfavorable situation of end breakage, and ensuring the subsequent spinning quality and spinning efficiency.

Abstract
Disclosed herein are a fiber-spinning drafting and winding apparatus and combined machine for the polylactic acid industry. The apparatus comprises a double-sided oiling mechanism (11), a yarn cutting and suction device (12), a pre-interlacing device (13) and a yarn separating roller (14), which are sequentially arranged according to a production process. The drafting and winding apparatus (200) cooperates with a spinning apparatus (100). A tow from the spinning apparatus (100) sequentially passes through the double-sided oiling mechanism (11), the yarn cutting and suction device (12) and the pre-interlacing device (13) until same is conveyed to the yarn separating roller (14). The drafting and winding apparatus (200) and the spinning apparatus (100) are configured in parallel, such that the tow between the spinning apparatus (100) and the yarn separating roller (14) is arranged vertically and at a tangent to the yarn separating roller (14), thus the tow does not deflect, thereby avoiding damage to the tow caused by friction due to high deflection.

When the lifting base is at its lowest position, the second spinning reel is behind the first spinning reel. The winding head is situated below the second spinning reel. By combining the separate operations of drawing and winding units into a single level, the overall height of the device and the space occupied thereby is reduced, lowering infrastructure costs. Further, the threading process becomes a one-person operation with a dramatically simplified operating procedure, reduced threading time, and less waste yarn, improving quality and efficiency. Moreover, less compressed air is required during the threading process and fewer staff may be deployed at the production line, lowering the labor cost of an enterprise.

Abstract

Abstract
A method for producing terylene fiber using polyester waste is disclosed. Firstly, dried polyester waste is sent into a screw extruder, then is melt and extruded to be polyester melt. Whereafter, the melt is filtrated twice to remove impurities. Then macromolecule polymerization reaction is taken place in the polyester melt to homogenize the molecular weight of macromoleclar polymer and to increase the viscosity of the polyester. Then the melt with increased viscosity is finely filtrated using melt precision filter. Whereafter, the melt is sent into a spinning box to execute metering spinning, then is cooled and solidified to be filaments. Finally, the filaments are wound according to various process requirements. The method can increase the quality of regenerated polyester spinning melt. The regenerated polyester melt has less impurities and homogenous viscosity after multiple filtrating. The fiber product has advantages of less end breakage rate, high full-bobbin rate, high finished product rate and less wastage.
