Abstract
A bridge wire welding system used for producing an electrode plug comprises a circulation track (20), a pushing device (21), positioning devices (4), and a welding device (5). An electrode plug base body moves along the circulation track (20) in a stepped manner by means of push of the pushing device (21). and the positioning devices (4) used for enabling a bridge wire (96) to precisely align to the a core electrode (90) are disposed at the upstream and the downstream of the welding device (5). Each positioning device (4) comprises a wire pressing wheel (40) and a force applying device (42), and the force applying device (42) drives the wire pressing wheel (40) to downwards move to tightly press the bridge wire (96). The welding device (5) comprises a driving device (52), a guide rod (53), and a welding head (54). The welding head (54) is clamped at the lower end of the guide rod (53). The driving device (52) drives the guide rod (53) and drives the welding head (54) to downwards move. By means of the bridge wire welding system, the bridge wire (96) can be automatic welded, and the production qualified rate of the electrode plug can be remarkably increased; and the bridge wire welding system is applicable to the technical fields of cars, industrial detonators, ignition appliances and the like.

Abstract
