Abstract

The present invention encompasses a wall-related construction element (1 ), with one or more ducts or raceways (2, 2') integrated in the construction element, said construction element being structured with, in any event, one outer or inner panel-shaped wall portion (3, 4) and with, oriented to or between two of these wall portions, a frame construction (5), adapted for fixedly supporting the wall portions, with supports (5a) intended for supporting the wall portion or the wall portions, and where said duct (2) and/or ducts (2, 2') can be given a width ('b') associating to the width of the frame construction (5) and where said duct (2) is formed with, in any event, two opposing side portions, serving as duct-related wall or side portions (21, 22), with an upper portion (23), a roof portion, and with a lower portion (24), a bottom portion. Two duct-related side portions (21, 22) are, in association with lower allocated side portion sections (21a, 22a), given a slightly narrower formation than the rest of the side portions (21, 22). A duct-allocated bottom portion (24) is adapted to extend between said side portion sections (21a, 22a) while opposing side portions (21, 22) are dimensioned to pass said upper roof portion (23). The invention also encompasses a duct arrangement.

Abstract

The present invention encompasses a method, on a building site, of forming a stable and, in terms of weight, heavy modular unit under the utilisation of prefabricated, in terms of weight considerably lighter, modular unit (12) transported to the building site, where said heavy modular unit (12a) can be adapted to serve as a complete modular-built cellar unit. Said modular unit displays a base slab (14) and double-walled wall sections (10, 11) anchored to the base slab. Inner and outer wall portions (10, 11) are mutually coordinated and secured to one another via supports (18) oriented within a free space formed and structured between the wall portions. The free space is completely filled with a concrete mass, which is caused to cure or set, in order in such instance to form the in terms of weight heavy modular unit. The present invention also discloses a heavy modular unit thus produced.

Abstract

The present invention encompasses a process for initially combining and thereafter uniting two or more modular units (1A, 1B, 1C) to one another in order thus combined to be able to form a house body (1 ), for instance a cellar-adapted house body. A liquid-resistant layer is advantageously wholly or partly to be able to cover a base slab and in any event lower wall sections allocated to the wall portion, proximal the base slab, in order principally to prevent damp permeation. A first modular unit (1 B), with in any event a first open wall portion, is placed on a substrate prepared within a building site, a second modular unit (1 C), with in any event a second open wall portion, is placed on said substrate prepared within the building site, so that an open wall portion allocated to the first modular unit (1 B) will connect to an open wall portion allocated to the second modular unit (1 C). The base slab of the one modular unit (1 B) and the base slab of the second module (1 C) form a free space (10, 20) defined by the mutually facing edge extents of the base slabs. The base slab of the one modular unit (1B) is connected, with the aid of tractive force absorbing means, to the base slab of the second module (1C) over said free space (10, 20) and that the free space is filled with concrete or the like. The present invention also encompasses a house body thud produced.

Abstract

The present invention encompasses a construction element formed as a wall portion ('B') with one or more ducts integrated in the construction element, where a first such duct (112') can be adaptable for and intended for air exchange, by permitting the passage therethrough of an air current, and/or where a second such duct (122') can be adaptable for and intended for a raceway or cable conduit, by permitting the passage therethrough of one or more optical and/or electrical cables and/or the like. Said construction element ('B') is structured with outer panel-shaped wall portions (3, 4) and with a frame construction oriented between these wall portions and adapted for fixedly supporting the wall portions. The duct (112') is adapted to be able to extend along the construction or wall element ('B') and be oriented close to its one, such as its inner, wall portion (4). Said duct (112') is adapted to terminate at its distal and open end section, either in association with the diverging short ends ('B6A') of the wall portion or in association with a roof portion and/or bottom portion allocated an element, where said termination is adapted to take place either in association with a terminal box (112) coordinable with the open end of the duct or with a coupling box or piece.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a floor and/or ceiling element (4), which is to form an upper floor surface (4a) and a ceiling surface (4a') where said element (4) is adapted to be able to rest against mutually spaced apart support beams (14b, 14b') within a frame construction (14). A frame (5) formed of metal (steel) is adapted, with its metal frame parts (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d), to surround a slab (6), formed of set wet concrete mass (6'), and a sound and/or heat as well as fire insulation layer or mat (7). Said metal frame (5) is formed to be thin and adapted and dimensioned in order to be able to or withstand flexural stresses. Through the concrete set slab (6) there extend section (4b, 4c etc.) separating metal profiles (8, 8') which, in their lower ends, display fixing means for said insulation mat (7). Said concrete slab (6) is tensioned to and/or via fixing means (5f) anchored in its allocated frame parts.

Abstract

The present invention encompasses primarily a transport system (T) which is adapted to be able to offer a sequential assembly of a plurality of house bodies (5, 6, 8, 8'), structured in accordance with the 'assembly line principle', by making for the positioning, on a prefabricated floor element (2), of modules, construction units, construction parts etc. and under the utilisation of a movably ('D1') disposed sets of platforms, for supporting one or more floor elements (2, (2)) for one or more house bodies, said sets of platforms being, by displacement means (T), movably disposed in at least two directions oriented towards or opposite one another, where a first direction ('D1') is given first sets of platforms and a second direction ('D2') is given second sets of platforms. On a selected number of platform segments (A6, A7) included in said platform (IA), there are manufactured or positioned one or more floor elements (2) and according, as it or they (2, (2)) are displaced in said first direction ('D1'), there are applied to these floor elements modules, construction units, construction parts etc. When the displacement distance of the first direction ('D1') is completed, a coordinated number of platform segments ((A2-A4); (A6, A7, A8)) are displaced ('D3' and ('D3')) over so as to be included in the second sets of platforms and are there given a second displacement direction (D2'), and during this transport the house bodies are further supplemented to finished product.

Abstract

The invention principally relates to a method of forming a closed metal frame unit (2), with a number, at least three, of coordinated metal frame parts (4a, 4b, 4c), with metal profiles (5a', 5b', 5c') adapted to extend between and be fixedly connected to opposing metal frame parts, while the metal frame parts and the metal profiles rest against an assembly table (1). The invention is based on: a. positioning one or more, metal frame parts (4a, 4b) formed with 'L' or 'U' cross section, on the assembly table (1) with an orientation corresponding to a part of the periphery of a closed metal frame (2'), b. positioning a number of metal profiles (5a', 5b') in a direction towards a metal frame part, or metal frame parts, where each one of these metal profiles is given a length which corresponds to a distance between opposing metal frame parts (4a, 4c), c. positioning one or more of the remaining metal frame parts (4f, 4g, 4h) against said assembly table (1) for forming the closed metal frame (2') and surrounding said metal profiles (5a', 5b'). The invention especially suggests. d. activating power generating means (90, 91) in order to be able to urge the metal frame parts against the end surfaces (5c'a, 5c'b) of the metal profiles, in order to form said closed metal frame (2') and e. fixedly connecting the diverging end surfaces of the metal profiles (5a', 5b', 5c') to adjacent metal frame part and fixedly and flexurally rigidly connecting the mutually facing end surfaces of the metal frame parts, or vice versa.
